We've had Tom and Scott work on a variety of items including a tankless water heater and a storm pimp. Different Oliver's each time but great responsive service each time.

My contractor initially referred me to Tom's and Scott's Plumbing. I have now used them several times over the past few years, and again this past week. So this review is based on more than just one service call. Scott and his team are the definition of ""professional"". They are everything you would hope for in a professional service or tradesman. Experienced, knowledgeable, efficient, and considerate enough to thoroughly clean up after themselves, etc. They've worked outside and inside with the same careful approach and attention to detail. I am happy to give them 5 stars.

I call them every single time (about 15 yrs now) for every location I have an issue, Emergency or not, everybody that comes to the rescue is totally competent and honest! I can't see myself ever calling any other plumbing company. Always same long time staff members which has a lot to say about the place.

Phillip gave us perfect service. He knew more about my shower valve system than Google, or the local specialty hardware store. Best of all, he left the site exactly like he found it. Definitely calling Tom's & Scott's again.

I had Kirk come out to fix a few things at my house. One of them he couldn't take care of because the toilet needed to be replaced, but I liked him and asked for a second opinion about my tub spout, which my contractor had poorly managed such that we were not going to be able to use the spout that matched our other fixtures. Two other plumbers had said they would have to tear out the back wall and repipe it from the back, but Kirk went out to his truck and made a pipe that fixed the issue. I might get a tattoo of his face on my left shoulder.

Kirk is my goto now, and damn it feels good to have a go-to plumber.

Called this morning and left a message for service. They called me back within an hour with a time window. Kurt showed up within the time window and did an excellent job fixing our sink backup issue. He was really a class act.

Not that anyone hopes for plumbing problems to happen but if/when they do again I will gladly use Tom and Scotts as well as refer them to anyone having plumbing issues.

Without hesitation we would recommend Tom and Scott's plumbing. Finding a plumbing company that you can rely on for the quality of work, honesty in explaining the problem and not overcharging for the parts and labor is a rare find. High marks to Hugo who within a hour had our master bath toilet seal replaced, work place cleaned - you would never know anyone had been in the bathroom! Hugo was not only exceptional in knowledge but courteous, helpful and offered tips and suggestions to maintenance and care. Thank you, Hugo and Tom and Scott's plumbing.

I needed my kitchen line snaked for a clog. Called the office and had service completed the same morning. Respectful mechanic, priced right!

Will call back if more service is ever needed!

Our shower wasn't getting hot water for more than a few minutes, and Kurt came by to check out the problem. He immediately saw that something funky was going on with our water heater, and when he received the necessary parts, came back with Scott to finish things. I will call these guys for my plumbing issues as long as I'm in the area- they were courteous, called about their progress, and even called a week later to see that we were happy with the job. Great people to work with!

**Some reviews have mentioned that they didn't hear back in a timely way during evenings or weekends; I'm fairly certain their voice mail message explicitly states that they do not do emergency work. They were very prompt during their normal business hours.**
