Called this morning and left a message for service. They called me back within an hour with a time window. Kurt showed up within the time window and did an excellent job fixing our sink backup issue. He was really a class act.

Not that anyone hopes for plumbing problems to happen but if/when they do again I will gladly use Tom and Scotts as well as refer them to anyone having plumbing issues.

Without hesitation we would recommend Tom and Scott's plumbing. Finding a plumbing company that you can rely on for the quality of work, honesty in explaining the problem and not overcharging for the parts and labor is a rare find. High marks to Hugo who within a hour had our master bath toilet seal replaced, work place cleaned - you would never know anyone had been in the bathroom! Hugo was not only exceptional in knowledge but courteous, helpful and offered tips and suggestions to maintenance and care. Thank you, Hugo and Tom and Scott's plumbing.

I needed my kitchen line snaked for a clog. Called the office and had service completed the same morning. Respectful mechanic, priced right!

Our shower wasn't getting hot water for more than a few minutes, and Kurt came by to check out the problem. He immediately saw that something funky was going on with our water heater, and when he received the necessary parts, came back with Scott to finish things. I will call these guys for my plumbing issues as long as I'm in the area- they were courteous, called about their progress, and even called a week later to see that we were happy with the job. Great people to work with!

**Some reviews have mentioned that they didn't hear back in a timely way during evenings or weekends; I'm fairly certain their voice mail message explicitly states that they do not do emergency work. They were very prompt during their normal business hours.**

I called because of a stopped up toilet. Phillip came out and ""fixed"" it for $155. Two days later I had to call again because the toilet was again not flushing. This time Frank came out. He said that there was a crack in toilet and should be replaced. Huh? Why wasn't I told this in the first place. I called today and the receptionist told me she could have the owner call me back. So far, no call... I won't hold my breath.

Had a rusty galvanized supply pipe which was very very set in place. Phillip came by within a couple hours and fixed everything. Fast, friendly, not sure what else you could ask for. Highly recommended!

My dilemma was to either buy a new dryer or have a gas line installed. Tom and Scotts plumbing assured me that their option would be a better one and less costly than buying a new Dryer.
My mistake was in not getting a formal/written quote, i trusted their input, based on all the good reviews. But I now know why there are a few negative reviews about price. if they see an opportunity they'll take it. in hind site, i wish I'd bought a new washer and dryer set, instead of having a gas line installed, it would've saved me a lot of money.

I have been using Tom and Scott's plumbing for over 10 years. Pat who works in the office is always helpful and friendly. The owner Scott has been amazing! He is such a nice guy. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job.

This is the first time I have written a review of any service. I seleted Tom's and Scott's Plumbing based based on Yelp reviews. I highly recommend them. They dug out a 1 foot hole from the house to the street and after they were done, Frank and Hugo, you could not tell there was ever a drench dug. They were quick and efficient and reasonable.
