Had a rusty galvanized supply pipe which was very very set in place. Phillip came by within a couple hours and fixed everything. Fast, friendly, not sure what else you could ask for. Highly recommended!

My dilemma was to either buy a new dryer or have a gas line installed. Tom and Scotts plumbing assured me that their option would be a better one and less costly than buying a new Dryer.
My mistake was in not getting a formal/written quote, i trusted their input, based on all the good reviews. But I now know why there are a few negative reviews about price. if they see an opportunity they'll take it. in hind site, i wish I'd bought a new washer and dryer set, instead of having a gas line installed, it would've saved me a lot of money.

I have been using Tom and Scott's plumbing for over 10 years. Pat who works in the office is always helpful and friendly. The owner Scott has been amazing! He is such a nice guy. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job.

This is the first time I have written a review of any service. I seleted Tom's and Scott's Plumbing based based on Yelp reviews. I highly recommend them. They dug out a 1 foot hole from the house to the street and after they were done, Frank and Hugo, you could not tell there was ever a drench dug. They were quick and efficient and reasonable.

Sunday July 28, 2013 (1 star): We choose Tom and Scott based on their yelp reviews. Typically we have great experience with 5 stars businesses. This Friday the team came to our house, got on the roof and within 60 mins said are pipes are open. However within 24 hours our toilet flush restarted flooding the bath tub. We have called Tom and Scott multiple times since Sat with no reply. I hope they come Monday early morning and complete the job.

Had washer drain snaked. Hugo came out an hour early. Clean and professional job. Hugo also gave helpful tips to prevent future backups. Great job!

I have been a customer of toms plumbing for at least 20 years and would always have given 5-stars. My recent experience I downgraded slightly because of their refusal to give me an itemized bill for the parts and labor. In the past I never felt the need so never asked however this time the bill seemed excessive. I had hoped for an explanation but received none. To their benefit, they offered me a 10% reduction and I accepted it but still felt that I had paid too much. They could have at least separated the parts from labor.
