The heat downstairs wasn't working. 2 guys came out looked around for an hour and said the pipes were frozen. My guy ckd it out and told me he thought it was the circulator so he replaced it. We had the heat bk. i never recvd an estimate and that's on me but then they proceeded to charge me 300.00 so I paid them 200 which was still ridiculous. Now they're suing me for the other 100 I'd give a negative star if it was possible

I have been using Tom Reigel Heating and Plumbing service for about 12 years. Tom is friendly, punctual, and professional. He has resolved several issues I've had over the years, from installing a new furnace to fixing broken water pipes. I give him my highest recommendation!

Very disappointed. Scheduled a basement bathroom hook up 3 weeks ahead of time. Did all the prep work to make sure everything was ready when they came. When the plumber showed up he didn't know how to hook up the upflush system or said he couldn't do it himself. No one looked at the job prior to the actual work. He made calls to see if it could be done a few days after with a partner-which couldn't be set up. He left with nothing being done and no one ever called me to follow up or to do the job. Very unprofessional and I was left with a job not done. I would not recommend these guys-there are better in area.
