I called Tom Plumb Plumbing after my landlord had two tries to fix a problem toilet. He said he could be at my house within 30 minutes, and he was. So here comes a guy with a thick accent and very long arms and ""Bob's your uncle,"" the problem is fixed. He had the replacement parts he needed in his van, so he was in and out the door quite fast. I'll call him again when I need plumbing services.

maybe because i told him i found him from yelp, but tom plumb is amazing. he went to our unit on short notice, on a saturday morning and his estimate was reasonable. he assessed the problem and gave me specific instructions about what needed to be done. he left, didn't charge me a cent!

Tom is great! I believe he is one of the only honest plumbing contactors around. His response time is very fast and he is a pleasure to work with.

Beware, he will cancel his appointment with you if he gets another call for an emergency (read: higher paying) job. I agree with the other reviewers who complained about his unresponsiveness to phone calls. It took two calls to get a response, and then it was via text to set an appointment for the next day. But then the following day he texts again 30 minutes before my appointment to cancel. He didn't even have the courtesy to call. And when I called him he said he was booked through noon the next day, but then later decided he couldn't commit to that either. When I expressed my displeasure with his unprofessional approach, he told me I could just call another plumber because he ""wasn't the only plumber in the world."" Well, that much is true,but that's certainly no way to do business.

Tom is as professional as it gets when it comes to plumbing services. He was ontime, courteous, and very efficient! He completed my service request in half the time required and saved me a lot of money in the process. He was careful not to soil or damage my home while drilling on the cabinet wall and cleaned up very well after the work was done. Tom was also patient in explaining to me the maintenance steps and made honest and candid recommendation on a leaking valve which he though did not need to be replaced. I plan on calling him again for any future plumbing needs.

I concur with the other positive reviews...this a very good local business, which provided us with prompt and quality service. I called at 9:00am after having hot water pressure issues and was very pleased that they had someone over to fix the problem by 11:30am that same morning. They manage to fix the problem completely and did so with minimal cost.

Since moving into my new home which was foreclosed, I have had Tom visit three times to fix various issues around the house. Gas line moving, toilet seat leaks, hooking up new kitchen sink, faucet, dishwasher, insinkerator......list goes on. Tom always responded to calls and emails within few hours and even manages to fit me in according to my schedule which is pretty awesome. Everything is done perfect the first time, and he's extremely efficient. I really liked that he charges an hourly rate for his work so there will be no surprises when it comes to payment. If you are able to plan well and have a few things that needs fixing, Tom's service is a really good deal.

Had the same experience with two other highly-rated (by Yelp) plumbers before finally finding someone who actually wanted the work. What recession?

Tom, is awesome! Use this man for all of your plumbing needs! Do not plumb until you've called Tom! He provides quality service at a reasonable rate!

I called this guy on a Thursday and he sounded nice on the phone. He agreed to come out the following week. I sent him an email on Sunday to call me on Monday. He never called so I called him. I called him again on Tuesday and again on Wednesday. He never called back. I would say this guy is a flake.
