Tom assisted us on our remodel ( 2012) by working with our contractor and completing the pluming and fixture install on the sinks, toilets, shower + bath for our master and another one of our bathrooms. He did exceptional work and we had him return to install the waterboy system for the entire house.

I had an emergency when my water heater got a leak and water was running out of the garage, down the driveway and into the street and I didn't know how to stop it. While on the phone with Tom, he was kind enough to walk me through how to turn the water off saving me big money on my water bill. Next he came out, saw the problem and took the initiative and effort to try and get the manufacturer to cover the cost of a new water heater. When that didn't work, he promptly replaced the water heater so that I didn't have to go a week without a hot shower. I read a negative review saying he cancelled on someone else, please give him a break, he was probably at my house rescuing me from my disaster! :-)
