Since moving into my new home which was foreclosed, I have had Tom visit three times to fix various issues around the house. Gas line moving, toilet seat leaks, hooking up new kitchen sink, faucet, dishwasher, insinkerator......list goes on. Tom always responded to calls and emails within few hours and even manages to fit me in according to my schedule which is pretty awesome. Everything is done perfect the first time, and he's extremely efficient. I really liked that he charges an hourly rate for his work so there will be no surprises when it comes to payment. If you are able to plan well and have a few things that needs fixing, Tom's service is a really good deal.

Tom, is awesome! Use this man for all of your plumbing needs! Do not plumb until you've called Tom! He provides quality service at a reasonable rate!

I called this guy on a Thursday and he sounded nice on the phone. He agreed to come out the following week. I sent him an email on Sunday to call me on Monday. He never called so I called him. I called him again on Tuesday and again on Wednesday. He never called back. I would say this guy is a flake.

In a word, Tom Parkinson is FANTASTIC! He is extremely professional, affordable and he shows up ON TIME! When is the last time you hired a plumber who did that?!

I would highly recommend Tom for any plumbing needs!

I have used Tom twice in the past month: once to install a gas valve in my house to connect our gas dryer, and once to fix our sprinkler system. Both times he was readily available to accommodate our schedule (within 2 days both times). I really liked that while he was available by phone, he was happy to correspond via email (usually replied within 2 hours). I could either send him a picture of my problem or describe it and he would give me an honest estimate.

There are no hidden charges or travel fees, and he even came 10 minutes early to my last service request. During that visit, he came to fix a leak in my sprinkler system; after he fixed it we noted there was a second leak, and within the same hour he was able to fix that leak as well. Tom is the first plumber I have ever called, and as long as he's working and I live here, the only one I will ever call. Thanks Tom.

I think the good scores on Yelp may be causing ""too much"" work to be sent Tom's way. If you have an urgent problem, you'd be better off going with someone else. Despite several calls and text messages, I never actually got to speak with anyone and I had to call someone else.

If you need a plumber, you really need to consider this one. Prompt, licensed, nice guy (yes, he's ""charming"" - as advertised!) and he does a super, clean, efficient job. Extremely reasonable prices, and I have used many plumbers over the years. Don't call the goons in the yellow pages. Trust the reviews - he really is that good.

I was so impressed with Tom's service. He was friendly and showed up for my appointment right on the dot!! Very unusual to find someone so prompt. My job was small but he did a great job and was extremely neat and left the jobsite very clean. It was all so easy. I would highly recommend him to friends and neighbors and would definitely use him again for my home and rental properties.
