Don't use Lopresti. I Called them because I believed I had a problem with my hot water heater. Richard said it was the shower head and came back 2 days later to replace a part. Then he realized that I was right and the hot water heater needed to be replaced. In the meantime, they attempted to flush a line in another shower and replaced the fixture improperly. They never came back to fix the error they caused and they never called back with an estimate for the new hot water heater. I called another plumber and two days later, I got a new hot water heater installed and my lines flushed--no thanks to Lopresti plumbing.

On 8/26/15 they came out to repair a water leak in the basement ceiling. It took him over an hour to cut a hole in the ceiling and the their so-called master plumber wasn't able to shut off the water after cutting the pipe even though he said he shut off the main water valve & the hot water heater valve. He flooded the wall between the bathroom and hallway and soaked the carpet. It took me three days to dry the carpet. The drywall needs to be replaced as it has bubbled the paint and probably caused a mold problem behind the tongue in groove paneling beneath the wall. In addition, he melted the plastic channeling strip holding up the ceiling tiles with his soldering tool. He used my pristine stools to stand on and left them in such a mess. Also when he left, he never turned the hot water heater valve back on, leaving us with cold water for the evening. When I asked the owner to call me about the mess, he didn't return my call. I got in touch with him the next day only because he answered the phone. I didn't receive an apology, nor did he come out to see the mess. They did manage to send me an invoice for almost $600 though. Please don't use this plumber.

Terrible customer service. Their company caused a leak in my living room when they came to solve a bathroom issue. Called the emergency number and no call back until the next morning. Someone was sent out to fix the leak. We had just had the downstairs painted. This was last August. It's now the end of February and still no call in regards to repairing the hole and water stains to my living room ceiling. I've called several times only to be told that he'll get back to me. 6 months and counting.
