I wouldn't ever recommend Tom Leech, plumber.
He had told me that it was a good idea to replace the functioning plastic connector braided toilet supply lines with better ones, confirming my condo management maintenance dept suggestion.
But, he replaced them with the identical type.
Worse, was when I explained to him calmly and asked him for a credit, he started denying, saying he did as told and if installed properly the plastic connector ones are fine--but barking irately at me the entire time. BAD behavior. I don't know why I still paid him.
