I have rental properties and between them and my own home, I've had to utilize the services of a plumber from time to time. My number one go-to for several years now is Tom Kris and Sons Plumbing because they're always reliable, friendly, fairly priced, and honest. There have even been a couple of instances where they didn't charge me if they checked out a job and felt that other solutions were what was needed.

So my manhood was challenged. I have a Moen Annabella faucet that decided to fall apart. From the look I thought it needed to be screwed back in, I mean there's a male and female connector. Could not bring myself to call a plumber. However, office duties call and after minutes under the sink to try and take the thing apart I buckled. Thankfully Tom Kris's group was available. Only charged their service fee to come out and show that despite the perception that it screwed together it simply snapped back into place. Ten minutes. Their front office was very responsive and stayed in touch to let us know when a tech would be out. I'll be using them in the future.

We have done a whole house remodel. Tom Kris and Sons did all of our plumbing. From the brand new kitchen run with an under sink R.O. water system attached to our fridge, master bath with spa jets and shower, new half bath and new laundry as well as the Jack and Jill, a wet bar in the game room, and a new hose bib outside. Everything! They have been the best. The job has taken about a year and every time we needed them to change or fix something they have been here on time, ready and happy to do the job. We can't thank all the guys enough for the help they have given us. If we have any problems in the future we will call Tom Kris and Sons!!

He is very knowledgeable, respectful, and polite. He also reassured us that if there were ANY issues to let him know and he would be back. These guys installed a new hot water heater for me. It was super fast and they did such a great job of cleaning up everything. They were also super quiet while I worked from home. They even helped me look at a couple other plumping concerns/question I had without charging extra. My hot water had been perfect ever since. Wonderful customer service and Prodcuts. I called Kris & Sons after they were recommended to me by a friend. They came out the next day on time and replaced my Rinnai tankless water heater that had failed with a newer better model. They charged a much lower price than I had been quoted by another company. Professional installation looks good and they were very polite and friendly.
