Had Tom Griffin install a Water heater installed, only to find out the Unit was bad and had a slight leak due to Manufacture defective weld . Called Tom the next Morning and he was back here with a new unit within an hour and he had defective unit pulled out and new replacement unit in place in just an hour. New Unit is now trouble free . I highly recommend Tom for your plumbing needs . Very friendly ,trustworthy, Solid communication . No shenanigans. Also answers calls and returns calls and text. Arrived on the Job clean , equipment well marked and I felt very safe in doing business with this Gentleman. Happy Customer (Joel)

We had a leaky sink and stubborn toilet. I put off calling a plumber for as long as I could because I didn't want to deal, but Tom made it super easy. He responded to my message almost immediately and was able to diagnose the issue based on a quick call and photos I sent his way. Once we secured the right parts, Tom was readily available to come install them. He was right on time in the window he promised -- always a plus when working with service companies, am I right? He was efficient, incredibly knowledgable and overall delivered great service. Also, his rate was very fair. I HIGHLY recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.

We've utilized Tom now for two jobs, one was a water heater replacement, the other a toilet repair. Both appointments were for 7:00 am, both times he was on time, did the job, answered any questions, took my money, and was on his way. That may not seem like a rav review but it really is. He doesn't waste your time or his own which I believe is what makes his prices so reasonable. He's personable but not phony friendly, if you know what I mean. He's now my plumber and the only one I'd recommend to friends or family.
