I will never use this company again. After explaining to them that I had just had my cesspool pumped 6 months ago by a different company they said my tank was small and that it did need to be pumped again. Ok, no problem. They said it would be $400-$450. Tom came with the truck and pumped it out. Great all done but no he didn't like the way it sounded so he said I want to snake it, again ok. Never did he tell me it was going to be an extra $300 for a 5 minute snake job. It was sneaky and unprofessional of him to had me a bill for over $800 and not be upfront about the extra cost. I would never have let him do it if he had told me it was that much more! Could have done that myself! So people beware of them and there ""extra"" work they do without telling you!

I was told to use Tom because he would be able to unclog my drain.
After his men came with the snake they ended up getting it stuck and breaking the plumbing. The guy working on it didn't even know how to get to the plumbing I had to show him the panel that unscrewed for access. After he finally got the snake out he said he would fix the vent for an additional $400. Now he already had my toilet bowl off so the fee was $950. I paid him and that was that. Now I had another problem with a clog, not their fault but the fee was $350 which I paid. They already knew the location of the cesspool from their last visit. Now a couple of months later I had water leaking into my basement. This was one of the broken pipes. Tom said the guy that worked on the house didn't work for him anymore. He did send someone to look at it and guess who came to look and yes it was the guy who originally worked on the house. He confirmed the problem and said Tom would get back to me. Never happened. I tried calling him 3 times but he blew me off. He does take money nicely but is a total rip-off!

Seriously? This is the ONLY place to go for drain cleaning and cesspool repair.
Watching Tom using an electric snake is like watching a great violinist playing a Stradivarius.
And he's HONEST.
That's really saying something and that's really hard to find in his business.

Very snappy and rude on the phone. Was simply asking for some pricing information to pump out my septic tank & main overflow and he hung up the phone on me saying, ""I got no time for this."" You're a class act, Tommy boy.

If you're having a sewer or cesspool issue there's no one else to call but Tom. In the past year I've dealt with countless tradesmen, including other cesspool guys, and haven't met one more professional, honest or kind as Tom. He was straightforward with me from the moment he walked in my door, helped me understand the problems I was having, and was fair in his pricing. I started having sewer issues about a month ago and after asking around I kept hearing one name, everyone said ""there's only one guy to use,"" and I now say it too.

Although they were booked for the day they were able to squeeze me in and come at an early time to fix my problem. Didn't overcharge me, I felt the service matched the work. If you want to pay over $500 to unclog two drains then this is the guy for you. Only good thing was he didn't charge me for the repair to my bathroom sink when he blew it out. Total rip off and then charged me for replacing the Caps to my sewer line that didn't need replacing.

Called after reading the below review. Very friendly service from initial call through completion of the service. Came when he said he would, diagnosed our problem quickly, cleaned main line and pumped cesspools. Price was reasonable, service was friendly and professional. Would recommend!
