I wish it was possible to give this company a zero star review, but one will have to do. Called Tom Drexler in mid-May to inspect and repair a faucet leak in my bathtub. The company sent Marcos out, who quickly turned this simple repair into a travesty. Within 10 minutes of Marcos arriving, he ""accidentally"" ripped out the main fixture for the shower from my wall (picture 1) which quickly spiraled into destruction. Marcos then informed me he would have to come out another day (since he showed up two hours later than expected) and it was now around 8:30 PM. I took the day off work because he was supposed to be there at 8:00 am, but he didn't show up until 1 PM. He turned our water off at that point and began working. What was supposed to be a 3-4 hour MAX job turned into an almost 9 hour job (we had no water during this time). Marcos then said he needed to open up the hole for the shower handle to be bigger so he could have some room to work. which we agreed to because he said the cover he was gonna replace it with would cover it. Little did I know, Marcos was creating an 18 inch hole (picture 2) in my fiberglass shower. Side note: Marcos didn't have any tools to complete his repair so he had to use my personal tools and batteries. Once 10 PM came around, I told Marcos he needed to get off the phone (it was a personal call that we could hear from the living room) and told him he needed to wrap things up because I had to be up for work at 4 AM the next day. Marcos then informed us he still had a few hours work to be done that would obviously have to happen on another day. The next day I called and asked to get anyone else besides Marcos to my house to finish his job, which they agreed to and sent out Grant (great guy, very knowledgeable, maybe the only decent employee there). Grant took a look at the job and quickly understood Marcos has destroyed my bathroom. He saw that the cover Marcos tried to use (picture 3) was not going to work, along with the routing with the pipes, which was also messed up. We discussed the possibility of replacing the whole shower and him ordering a different cover that might cover the hole. He ordered the cover and after weeks of waiting (we are now at the end of June) we finally got a picture of what it was going to look like (picture 4) from their customer service representative, Stacy (extremely helpful lady). I emailed her back, said it looked horrible and we just needed to replace the shower at this point. They agreed to replace the shower so Grant came back out and measured for the shower and ordered it. A few weeks later, Grant replaced the shower and said the job would have to be finished by their design team, which included replacing my flooring, dry wall, trim and paint. Side note: when Marcos decided to rip out the pipes the wrong way, he had loosened the pipes on the other side connected to my mirrored bathroom, causing a leak from the shower head, ruining my drywall. (Picture 5) We waited a week and a half for the design team to reach out to schedule a day to come see what needed to be fixed. (We're now in the beginning of July) The design team was supposed to show up at 3, never showed. got a call from him at 5:30 PM asking if I could just send a picture, which I did. He called back and set a time for the following week to give an estimate on time for a repair. He didn't show up until 8:30 PM (after saying he would be there at 3 PM) and he was baffled as to why we said we wasn't letting him in because we were in bed. 3 days later (after numerous calls and texts) he finally shows up at a reasonable hour and we discussed what needed done (both bathrooms needed dry wall and paint match my master bathroom from the drywall repair. He called the Frankfort office and got approval for the entire repair. We discussed and confirmed he would come out the next week to complete the job. After a week went by without a return call or visit from the repair guy, I got back in contact with Stacy. She contacted him and he called me and said the Frankfort office is now refusing to fix my second shower and paint the bathroom. I got back in contact with Stacy and she confirmed they will not be paying to fix all of these issues. Job is ""complete"" with an unpainted bathroom, rough drywall, scratched trim and ruined drywall in my second bathroom. Stacy called to confirm that we were happy with the job and I said no but we were done working with them. A 3-4 hour fix only took from May 16th to July 20th (65 days). I recommend tearing your house down and starting over before calling Tom Drexler.

I would like to see the mansions and expensive cars of the executives of this company. Almost $700 simply to change a flush valve. Are you kidding me?! Then it turns out the parts were not accessible and they were going to charge me an $85 service fee anyway just for coming out even though they were completely unprepared. Absolute scammers and hustlers! And then on top of it, the audacity to try to encourage me to join a plan to hustle me into a long term plan for my HVAC.
