Let me start by saying we just had Dreaming Designs renovate our bathroom. Beautiful new white cabinets, light gray marble floor. Gorgeous. But when installing the sinks they said we had a clog and needed to call a plumber. Saw Tom Drexler tv ad for $99 to unclog your drains. We called on 6/22/25 and asked for someone to unclog the bathroom sinks and the bathtub. They made an appointment for the next day. That's good. I asked for our appointment window and they said between 8 and 5! That's bad. But they'll call you 1//2 or so ahead - which they did. That's good. When Gregory got here he looked in the bathroom and came back to the kitchen and said this will be $208. I asked ""what happened to your $99 deal?"". He said ""we don't have that - another company does. That's bad. I went outside to do some gardening and noticed on the side of the truck it said unclog any drain $99! So I called the office and they said, well not in my case because we had a double sink. Yes, I told you that but no one told me it would be double the cost. OK, it is what it is except no one told me. That's bad. Gregory unclogged the drain in the sink but said the work order said nothing about a tub. That's bad. When he was finished the mess was EPIC! That's VERY BAD. But he brought in cleaning supplies and said he would take care of it so I thought he was cleaning everything up as he seemed reliable/responsible. Lesson learned. The newly painted back walls behind the cabinets were covered in dirt, the shelves were not well wiped and had water sitting on the wood. The brand new floor was filthy and nothing done to clean it up. That's very bad. The worst part was my literally day old cabinet is now all nicked up from his tools. SO BAD! They should have some kind of protection to lay down on the floor which now, brand new, has stains I can't get up. They should have something to protect people's cabinet wood, even if it is just painter's or masking tape. They did honor the senior discount, I had to ask, but I think they should pay me for the hour's worth of nasty clean up and the damage to my cabinet. Needless to say, I would not call them again. DO NOT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE. That's always suspicious but in this case it's just false advertising. I see the other reviews here are 2 stars.

Husband called first thing Friday morning for sump pump repair and they said someone would be out that day. He cancelled dr. appointments and waited all day. Finally it got so late he called to find out when they would be there and they told him no one would be available until Sunday. Knowing there was a lot of rain expected it wasn't something we could wait on. Called Nixco and they had someone out that evening. Won't ever call Drexler for anything again.

They didn't show up after reassuring me that they would; it was freezing cold, and they bailed that night. I waited all evening for them just to have them not show up. Eventually, the woman called to confirm that it was moved to the next day. She was very rude, and she even hung up the phone. Unreliable and very disrespectful. End of the story.

I scheduled a furnace inspection and took the day off of work and waited all day only to have them tell me no technician was able to come out. I pay a monthly fee for services and must be a low priority. It was a 65 degree day and they said there were so many heating emergencies that they couldn't get to me. Nothing but excuses and a waster of my money and vacation time !!!!

Where to start, we have a cistern system and finding someone to come and fix the pump was almost impossible. Ben came out and worked endlessly to get everything working until almost 9pm. He was determined in getting my water system back up and running. I never expected someone who took that much pride in his work an honor on getting the job done before leaving in this day and age. THANK YOU BEN and Thank you TOM DREXLER plumbing,heating,cooling and electric for having an amazing work ethic and for the awesome repair job
