Prompt response when our hot water heater broke that was only 4 years old. Oscar was extremely professional and took every safety precaution wearing a mask and gloves during the Corona virus outbreak. He did contact the manufacturer and had the hot water heater replaced for free under warranty. Came back the next morning and completed the install. I would recommend Callahan plumbing to customers

I called and requested a quote for a sewer line break at my house foundation. We missed each other the next morning, but I called the office and asked if I could have someone come out as I live only a few miles away from the office. They sent someone out that afternoon and they looked at the situation and were upfront about what it might take to repair. They reviewed their schedule and fit me in the next morning. They came out when expected and worked their tails off to get the job done that morning. I know they were working against the threat of rainy weather, but they made sure to get everything done. They worked hard, were nice folks and they answered all my inquiries as to what they were doing and why. Next day service on a big project like that was awesome. Solved a problem that has been years in the making. I had them come out a previous time and give me an estimate for a different job and they were the same straight-forward, knowledgeable folks. Very easy to work with, very good service and came in under their initial projected cost. How can you go wrong with THAT?

Cannot recommend. My complaint is not with the plumbers themselves. The crew arrived on time, did good work and cleaned up. My beef is with the management. Difficult. Unresponsive. Unreliable. I provided a printed list of the work I needed done. We looked at the work together and talked through it. Some parts of the job never got scheduled nor completed. After delays and phone calls, I had to re-start with a new plumber. Aggravating and expensive experience. Move on.

Just bought a house in November, they used Callahan Plumbing for the Sprinklers so I thought I would do the same. He came out and noticed a new fence and was concerned, turned out he was right to be. I asked him for a quote for the repair, he would not give me one. I asked him for an estimate, he would not give me one. I said I cannot authorize you to just do the work on an open checkbook, he grabbed his tools and stormed off. The prick never shut the water off, two days later our neighbor is knocking on our door that we were flooding them out. He stormed off because I would not give him an open checkbook and left the water running through a broken pipe underground. When I called him, he did not deny storming off or for not shutting of the water he said ""I am not perfect"". You want to use god bless, the next time I see him will be in court.

So impressed! We called on a Saturday with an emergency. The staff was so nice and efficient and said someone would call us back. Within a half hour Anthony called. We explained the situation and he said he'd be out in a couple of hours. He was there in an hour. We were so stressed (outside a faucet burst and was leaking in the basement) but Anthony walked us through what he was going to do and took care of it. Anthony was so professional and so helpful. We will definitely be calling him again. The price was VERY reasonable for a Saturday emergency fix.
