Tom Andella Plumbing does great work from a cute truck. Over the summer, he replaced an outdoor spigot in my old house with minimal muss and fuss; the price was great. So why the one star? Because--like Lori and Peter--I called him for another job, and he told me he would call me back to schedule a time for the job. But then he didn't call back. So I called again. He said he couldn't talk, but he would call back that evening. He didn't call back. I even submitted a request at his website, because I thought he was such a solid guy, but still no answer. It's been five weeks and at least that many tries to get ahold of him, but it's like trying to nail jello to a wall, so frustrating to be treated this way. ~ I am newly widowed and trying to keep up my house; my husband was the handyman (he knows this). To call a professional and be told I would hear back, and not receive a call or even ""I'm sorry; I'm too busy. I'd like to help but I can't at this time"" is not only unprofessional, it is unkind. I can't recommend this company because he doesn't treat customers with basic civility. And at this difficult time in my life, it made things much harder, needlessly.

Tom Andella installed a spigot in our basement during Summer 2016. It's leaking and he was called for service. Made first appointment, he was a No Show. Called him back and accepted his apology. A new appointment was scheduled. Once again a No Show!!!! It's now been a week and we have heard Nothing from him.
