Toilet King is an expert in Toilets. We wanted to change 3 toilets at the same time; Chris was willing to work with us to get everything done in 1 day. I was very skeptical about this because in our experience it would take at least a day or two for 1 toilet and had major problems or parts missing with multiple trips to Home Depot. Chris arrived promptly by himself. Carried out our old toilets and installed 3 toilets all by himself in 2 hours. Everything is clean and perfect! This is the ONLY service I will use from now on and would recommend.

I used them to replace a toilet at a rental property and they do work without requiring a landlord to be present on-site -- so that's a major plus. Communications by text were quick and clear. Their full installation price was reasonable; I had talked to a plumber we had routinely used before reaching out to them but they were competitive and had better scheduling options. The crew was very clean - they even wore booties on their feet and everything. We had a small miscommunication about the seat on the toilet and they went beyond what I expected to make it right. I am very happy with their customer service and would not hesitate to use Toilet King again.

The company may be good for jobs they think is worth doing, but I called for a quote for just a wax ring replacement and flange replacement. The cost was $350. The company prefers to sell a new toilet starting at $499. My toilet was fine. Chris told me they were very busy last week, and he would try to do this for me the end of this week. I called to confirm, and he told me they were still swamped. I said I could wait, and he then said he was not going to do it at all due to the unavailability. I said are you busy forever? I would have waited because it was not an emergency. I think paying someone $350 to do a lesser job than they usually do was worth it to the company. I guess I was wrong.

I am a landlord and my condo in Leesburg needed a quick toilet replacement due to it being cracked. Chris was very accessible, quick to respond and just overall very communicative and easy to work with. I made the mistake of giving him the incorrect rough-in sizing, and Chris took it in stride, showed up the next business day with the appropriate replacement. (He didn't even revoke my man card)

Just wanted to give a shout out to the Toiletkingva.com. Our builder grade toilets were just not working out anymore. The Toilet King came to the rescue and was in and out in less than an hour. Christos the owner himself installed it. He was very fast, efficient, courteous, mindful, affordable and neat. We chose the Kohler Cimarron Revolution 360. Loving the golden roll of toilet paper he left me! Very nice touch, could not be happier! If you are looking to replace your toilets anytime soon, look no further!
