One of the reasons why I chose Todd's Water Heater Repair was because of the excellent YELP ratings and I wasn't let down. Mike responded to my messages quickly and answered all the questions that I had. i could tell he was knowledgeable and provided options that worked best for me. He arrived within the 2 hour time block and texted 30 minutes ahead of time.

He replaced my water heater quickly. When he was finished, he answered all of my questions and explained the warranty and yearly maintenance.

Woke up on a Saturday morning, no hot water, not able to light heater pilot, dead water heater. Called Todd's, received a call back within 20 minutes. On a Saturday. Tried calling several other repair services, no response ( until Monday). Todd's is a small local company, my fav to support. My old water heater was more than 10 years old. Technician Mike explained service required, then texted me with pricing, very reasonable pricing. I opted not to pay extra for weekend service, and scheduled an appointment to replace water heater on the following Monday. On Monday Mike texted to let me know his arrival time. New water heater installed by 10:30 Monday morning. Mike took the time to explain how the new heater worked, service warranty, operating instructions, yearly maintenance requirements. Very professional service. You can't go wrong, choose Todd's!

Our water heater failed, so I called and left a message. Mike called back and was able to come out same day and do a full water heater replacement. It was late in the day, but he made it on schedule, the installation was quick and super clean, and he gave me some pointers on how to extend the life of the heater. I'd definitely recommend Mike's services for water heater repair/replacement!

Mike is not only the best plumber, but the best contractor of any kind I've ever worked with, bar none.

He replaced my water heater only a few hours after I called the office, the day before Thanksgiving. He was on time, efficient, friendly, and most of all, trustworthy. He also charged a very reasonable price. And rather than trying to sell me on a bunch of expensive upgrades I didn't need, he specifically advised against them.

I asked him to come back a couple weeks later for a different, unrelated add-on to our plumbing system. Once again, he was on time and texted when he was on his way. After he arrived, I told him some new information about our plumbing system which made the add-on a bad idea. He explained everything I needed to know in a way that made sense to an average homeowner. And he didn't charge me anything for the trip, even after I offered to pay.

Stop searching on Yelp. Just hire Mike for whatever plumbing job you have. I promise you won't regret it.

My 37 year old water heater was replaced by Todd's Water Heater Repair. When I contacted them they responded quickly and I spoke with Mike. Mike was very personable and explained my water heater options clearly. The price he gave me was the best of the estimates I had received. We set an appointment and mike arrived promptly. He got to work right away and did a very professional job on the installation. As he worked, he explained everything that he was doing any why he was doing it. He finished the job in a timely manner. Before he left he explained everything I needed to know about the heater. Next time I need a plumber I'll call Todd's.

We got a walkthrough on how to light the pilot light and how to do yearly maintenance. I have found a great plumber, finally!! Highly recommend these folks.

Master Plumber Mike at Todd's Water Heater Repair took care of us. We had a 50 gal. Power Vent Rheem water heater that had not failed but the Power Vent fan ran constantly. We talked to Mike who explained that the problem is due to built up sediment that cools faster than water and so the water heater is constantly turning on to heat the sediment in the tank. He talked through the options and we choose to replace the water heater with the brand he recommended which is a Bradford White (commercial grade) water heater. He said call around before deciding to go with his quote. We did and determined that he seemed to have the most expertise and was friendly and accommodating to our needs. Today he came in with a mask and was quick and efficient. He checked on some other plumbing issues that we had in our house per our request. We will definitely use Todd's plumbers for our plumbing problems in the future!

Worked with Master Plumber Mike on replacing an aged out water heater. He took the time to talk to me about the options and gave a thorough breakdown in pricing. The quote for the replacement was great and they didn't upcharge for anything extra. The quote over the phone was what I paid. Mike was professional and efficient on the install. Left the mechanical closet looking great. It was also extremely helpful in expaining the continued maintenance of the device. Overall great experience.
