I'll start off the review with if you're looking for the best price and best service, Todd's is the way to go. I made 6 calls today and had 6 quotes with quite the range. Not only was Todd's the best price it also was the best product with Bradford White. Mike was super quick to followup and was at my door within 1.5 hours of getting an initial phone quote. He had it all installed on the same day on a Friday night. He was awesome to work with: respectful, kind, clean, efficient, and knowledgeable. Not only will I continue to recommend Todd's, I will also use them for all my future needs. If you're in the Denver area, they are the absolute best.

I have worked with various plumbing companies for the past 15 years and this one is the best I've seen - no joke.

I (obviously) had a water heater I needed to replace. It was about 17 years old so I was a bit panicked in regards to getting it replaced ASAP. I explained my urgency to them and they were out here the next day.

As a female, it can be intimidating to get quotes and believe what people say in this industry. Their employees that come out are based on salary, not commission. Not only did they give me a killer price but I also received the highest quality water heater. It was INCREDIBLE for me to get an unbiased opinion - I'll go to them every time.

He also helped me with my water pressure. I recently bought the house and the original homeowner messed with the pipes herself - I thought my new norm was to have a weak shower. They resorted my water pressure to normal :)

The two guys who were out here were absolutely amazing - can't believe I'm blanking on the guys names (my bad). So caring, professional and helpful!!

Update after last review. Turned out was just a loose connection. Problem solved. Water still going strong. Only reason for this review is the snarky remark from Todd the business owner who posted it 30 days ago. Guess it took him awhile. I stand by my original post. You couldn't be bothered but you called me asking if I would take my review down and was there any other type of home repair you could do to help me. Hope you're doing as well as my water heater is!!

We woke up this Sunday morning to find our water heater had failed and was leaking in our utility room, adjacent to the newly installed white carpet in our basement. Luckily I found these amazing Yelp reviews for Todd's and I wish I could give them 6 stars.

I sent my photos to Mike and he gave me a very fair quote right over the phone, especially compared to the other water heater specialists I called. No hidden fees, no up-selling. He even told me about the things I didn't need at all. He worked his butt off and got my fancy, non-standard replacement water heater installed and up to code in no time while I guiltily watched the Broncos lose. Todd's Water Heater might be the most honest and trustworthy plumbers in the Denver metro area. Give them a call -- I know I will be if I need water heater replacement or servicing in the future!

We called at 11:30 PM one night because our hot water heater broke down on us, and the desk picked up immediately. They quoted us for a replacement and were able to fit us into the schedule the following day. This is a great family business with honest and compassionate people. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone, and Mike did an exceptional job installing the heater, being very careful not to leave a mess or cause any damage during the installation. Price was exactly as discussed over the phone; we paid a little bit extra for the drip pan and moisture alarm but that was within our expectations. Overall, great company that I would recommend to a friend any day!

This company rocks! Mike was my plumber great personable guy. Communication is great, they lay down protection for your carpet, the install was fast and great little education session after install. All this done at a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

I recently had Todd's replace my water heater with a tankless. Working with the front desk was easy, I sent them the info/photos of my current setup and received a call back from Mike the next day. He came out to give a quote and installed the system a few days later. Mike did a nice job rerouting my gas line so it wasn't jutting out in the middle of the furnace room, and disconnected the old softener which cleared up space and makes for a tidy setup now. The system works great, no running out of hot water anymore!

I needed to put in a new water heater. Had a couple of bids. One company didn't answer back, one was pretty out of line. Then, called Todd's. Answered right away, sent a pic, and in an hour based on a more than fair price for a quality product (Bradford white, my old one made it 18 yrs...only way to go) I had it scheduled.
Alan was my tech. amazing guy. noted my main water shut off was a hair loose and tightened it, no extra charge. Fast, knowledgeable and friendly. When he was done installing noted one of my sinks ran a little slow, took a look. Was a simple thing that took no parts, but fixed it ""while he was there"".
I would say Todd's in general and Alan (might spell it Allen..i didn't ask probably should have with that level of customer service), anyway, If you need anything they do, go to them.

I highly recommend Todd's Water Heater Repair. I called them on Saturday and the lady answering the phone was extremely pleasant and helpful. She had me send pictures of my old water heater to Mike. He called me within 15 minutes and thoroughly explained the replacement process and asked me questions about the current unit. He explained the replacement process and any add-on's to give me a total cost. Mike just installed my new water and was true to form. Everything he explained to me was what he did when installed the water heater. When he was finished he explained everything to me and how to maintain it on a yearly basis. The entire process was transparent and I'm very satisfied with Todd's! Mike certainly made a difference and he did a good job!!!
