So incredibly pleased! The woman answering the phone is super kind and helpful. Todd and his assistant (I'm rude and forgot to ask his name) finished up another job early, so they came the same day I called. They couldn't have been here even half an hour before the pipe under the sink was fixed (and it was BAD). Todd and his assistant were also very kind and even understanding about my yapping dogs. Even with the price of materials going up recently, the bill was very affordable. Highly recommend.

There was a substantial leak from my shower's faucet and Todd's Plumbing Service did an awesome repair. I found his company online and was impressed by the excellent reviews. I called on Thursday and made an appointment for the following Wednesday. Todd called me on Thursday evening to follow up on the repair. I sent him photos of the fixtures as well as a short video of the actual leak. When he saw the severity of the leak he asked one of his plumbers, Kenny, to come by earlier than the scheduled appointment, if possible. Much to my surprise Kenny showed up the very next day! A certain part was needed and Todd brought it over and the repair was completed in about an hour. Todd even noticed the toilet was running a little and fixed that as well at no extra charge!

I can't say enough about the prompt excellent service I received from Todd's Plumbing Service. Five stars is not enough! I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend this company to anyone with a plumbing issue.

We called Todd's Plumbing for a very slow flowing sink. They showed up exactly when they said that they would. The sink was fixed quickly and both Todd and his assistant were extremely nice people. We will definitely call them the next time that we need a plumber.

Todd squeezed us into his schedule because of a leaking hot water heater. He made several improvements and code corrections from the last installer. He repaired our convective system on the hot water system, so now it works for the first time since the house was built. He was very fair on pricing as his heater was less than home depot. He had everything needed and was prepared for the job. Can't say enough about Todd & his company. If you need plumbing service, I would heartily recommend Todd.

Todd's Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend, and I must say I couldn't be happier with their service. Both Todd and Austin were well-spoken, knowledgeable, and ethical in their dealings with both myself and my landlord. Their bid was 40% less than my other estimate, and their suggestions made good sense. (Why repair this old fixture, which has multiple problems? Much better to replace it, at very little added cost, and know you'll be problem-free for a while.) They showed up when they said they would, Austin worked hard to finish my multiple jobs quickly, and he cleaned up everything before he left. These are great guys, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
