Not very happy with how my 75year old father was treated by this company. Was told they couldn't get to him for 4 days, then when they showed up the guy said that he was too big to get in the crawl space to check out the leak but guessed where it""""might"""" be. The guy left, supposedly to have someone who could get into the crawl space come back. After waiting an hour, my dad called them to find out when he could expect someone back to check and fix the leak,only to be told that they couldn't help him, because they don't work on """"trailer plumbing """"!!!! But no one ever said anything to my dad while they were there and wasn't going to even bother to call him back! I guess this company has TOO MUCH WORK to be bothered by the ELDERLY!!! Just to let everyone know..."""" his double wide trailer has 3/8 plumbing, like a """"regular"""" house! AND HAMMOND'S came out within 20 minutes after a phone call to have the leak inspected and fixed promptly! DO NOT RECOMMEND USING TODD'S S PLUMBING. Not a very COURTEOUS company to deal with.
