I had a bad leak in my Cabin, it was between the Kitchen and bathroom.

There was steam coming out of one of my cabinets!

My hot water had been leaking for about a mouth. There were signs but I didn't put two and two together.

By the time I found the leak, it was to late there damage to the sheetrock and insulation. There was also mildew and mold in the cabinet and everything was ruined.

I called several plumbers that were listed on Yelp who's ads said they did emergency service.

But it was after hours so I could only leave messages. Tyler from Todd's plumbing called me back within a few minutes!

I told him the situation and that I had shut the water off. We agreed on him coming the next morning.

That night I used a heater to dry out the cabinet. Tyler showed up the next morning right on time, I asked him to remove the leaky valve because it was not in use anymore.

Tyler literally climbed into the cabinet and completed the repair with no problems.

His price was fair, his attitude was great especially considering he was crammed into my kitchen cabinet with barely any room to work.

Tyler was prompt, polite and worked very efficiently. He made no mess and was very professional, you can tell he's been in the trade for many years. And on top of everything listed above, he's a genuine down to earth nice guy!

As of this review none of the other plumbers I called in South Lake Tahoe have returned my calls. Thank God for Tyler otherwise I'd still be melting snow to get enough water just to flush my toilet.

That was a rough night but today I'm happy, I got my water and hot water back thanks to Tyler!!!

All of the reviews are spot on. I called on a Sunday afternoon for something non-emergent and Tyler gave me a call back 30 minutes later and scheduled time for Monday morning. Came right on time, solved the issue in one bathroom and helped take a look at a bunch of our other plumbing to ensure there was nothing else wrong (we just moved in). Also helped us find our main water shut off and did a quick check on our water heater. All while being incredibly kind and polite! 10/10 would recommend! Thanks, Tyler!

Tyler did an amazing job replacing our 75 gal water heater in a very tight spot. The builder squeezed it in between the furnace & return and the wall in my laundryroom. There wasn't a quarter inch to spare, literally. We had to remove the baseboard tile to get the new one in. As you can see from the photo there were a lot of pipes crossing the access to the water heater as well. It took a lot of time and patience and I am very grateful to Tyler for his perseverance in getting the job done. I highly recommend!

Called Todd's Pipes Plumbing and Tyler (his son) responded right away. Friendly, knowledgeable guy. He fixed our bathroom & kitchen faucets, & serviced our water heater. He even was kind enough to explain to my husband how to do it himself in the future since we should clean the water heater annually. (We'll probably just hire him to do it again next year.) Highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Hire now!!! Todd is amazing. He responded to my call immediately, came the next day, at the time promised. Called me proactively to provide an update. Snaked the restroom and solved the issues in under an hour. Charged me a very reasonable fee ($160).

On his way out, he noted our door lock was acting weird, so he went to the store, got a new battery and took care of that issue for us too at no extra charge - cause that's how Todd is - a wholesome kind guy who enjoys helping people. I will definitely hire him again in the future.

We just moved into our new Tahoe cabin. Tyler answered my phone call immediately. He came the next day to repair a leak in our crawl space; educated me on the sewer smell emanating from our laundry room, which I quickly fixed and no longer smells; then he picked up our toilet as a last minute request, so we could finish putting down floors. He was responsive, flexible, reliable, personable, and at a good price. I almost don't want to write this review so we can keep him hidden away for ourselves - hahaha. But give him a call - I know we will definitely be calling him again.

Wonderful service- will be my plumbing company of choice in Tahoe. Returned my call promptly(same day) and set up an appointment for the next day. Excellent communication- called me when leaving the prior job and the window was right what Tyler had anticipated and stated. Tyler and Johnny quickly fixed my outdoor faucet and had the part with them. They showed me the interior shut off valve and provided tips to prevent pipe issues in the future. Very reasonable priced too.

Showed up next day and replaced outdoor faucet for very reasonable cost. Also inspected pipe work in crawl space and advised on condition at no extra charge. Will call again when needed. Highly recommended!!
