My daughter was driving on Highway 198 when a Todd Companies truck threw up a rock and cracked her windshield. She immediately called me, and within 5 minutes I had called the company to let them know what had happened. The nice lady that answers the phone asked the owner/manager and they told us to call our own insurance company. Our insurance company said that since the repair will be less than the deductible, we needed to call Todd Companies back as it was their responsibility. We called back several times over the next week and the owner/manager would not get on the phone or return the calls. We also sent a certified letter to them with no response. This is very unprofessional and it shows that Todd Companies is unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes. I would certainly never want to do business with this type of company.

Wow, cannot believe the reviews I just read. Mark from Todd Companies came out this morning for a blockage, covered by home warranty. Not only did he resolve our issue quickly, he went above and beyond educating me on septic tanks and leach lines. Thanks Mark for your efforts and Todd Companies for your quick response.

Cannot thank Todd's Company enough for an amazing job well done! Not only were they there immediately to asses the problem, they fixed our main water pipe leak within hours. They were exceptionally professional, punctual and communicated with us, the homewowners, every step of the way. We would highly recommend them for any issues you may have big or small. Again, cannot thank Todd's Company enough!

If there was a 0 that is what they would get. I was referred to them by my home warranty program. I called them on Monday 11/13/17. They came out after a second call to the home warranty company. They wanted an extra $90 to make a hole in my wall to access the bathroom plumbing. I said that I would do it and when I completed the hole I called and left a message on Tuesday, no response and it's Thursday evening. I haven't been able to use my bathroom since Friday the 10th. This is how a disabled veteran gets treated.

Phoned this company. Said they would have a plumber contact me, but never did! If you're not interested just say so and I wouldn't be posting bad reviews on businesses like you!
