We had been in a never ending nightmare of remodeling with bad/dishonest contractors for 3 years now. Needless to say, giving more money up front to someone you don't really know and trusting them to do a job not knowing how it was all going to go....well...I can testify to Bob Hanson and his integrity, responsibility and professionalism. Bob did what he said he would do and more. He showed up when he said he would and not only did the job, but did it quickly and very well. We have a beautiful new bathroom and ready to do another. Bob did a substantial remodel of our 1940 Cape Cod home including the exterior siding, upstairs bathroom, and basement. He did such a beautiful job and we couldn't be happier with the results! Bob was great! He gave us options as far as replacing our wood decks , front door, and so on. we especially appreciated that he would suggest inexpensive to more expensive choices for some of the repairs. His work ethic and attention to details is amazing!
we had some concerns about some of the results of the painters he chose and he communicated that to them and had them back out to address the issues.

Bob just finished a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel. Bob is the most competent contractor I have ever hired. He is hard working, honest and keeps you informed about all aspects of the project. He does electrical, plumbing, flooring, woodworking, etc. He is very organized and plans ahead. I would recommend Bob for any project you have.

Bob is everything a homeowner could want in a building contractor...he does everything he said he will do, on time, and under or at budget.
