Never call them if you don't want to be totally disappointed.
I called them to fix a clogged sewer and end up changing the toilet flusher to justify the charges for a bad work.
They don't have an idea what they are doing .

We contacted Toby's Plumbing to replace a bathroom faucet that we had purchased and replace a valve on a tub handle. he gentleman that were sent were very nice however it took them 4 hours. Since 2 guys were sent I would of thought that each one would work on a different item the labor was $420.00 and the parts were $96.00 for a valve. I asked to have Toby call me to get a better understanding as to why it would take 2 guys 4 hours for a not too difficult job. I never got a call back. I can not recommend Toby's Plumbing.

Have had Toby's come 3 times to work on 2 bathroom showers. The plumbers seem good but the customer service has been poor. Two of the plumbers came for an hour but were unable to fix
the problem but did not damage anything. Two weeks later, I made 3 calls to be sure I could get the same two plumbers to work on the same problem. I was promised twice that they would be the same plumbers who were familiar with the problem and the work that they had previously done. The two plumbers who showed up had no idea of the previous work done, what the problem was and were totally unprepared to deal with the problem. They were finally able to repair the problem but the repairs could be made much faster (at $95 / Hr) if the poor customer service was even adequate or as promised. Sorry Toby's, but I will be dealing with another company and saving several hundred dollars due to the poor customer service I received.

Great service and friendly staff. I live out of state and had an issue with a unit I rent out in the area. Toby's plumbing was able to work with me in scheduling service and invoicing me. I feel confident that if they were this easy to work with from Colorado, over the phone, that anybody else, local or long distance will have the same great service they provided me.

Had a plumbing problem and they got here within an hour. They may be a little more expensive than your buddy the plumber, but you get what you pay for. Very good work.
