Our sewer pump alarm went off yesterday morning. Our former provider that installed the pump has gone out of business. I put a call into Toby then looked out my window and noticed their truck at my neighbors house. I asked if they serviced sewer pumps and what the problem was. The fellow asked if he could take a look at it. Checked it out and reset the alarm. Said to call if it happened again. 3 am it went off again after flushing the toilet. I called first thing in the morning. They called back within 15 minutes and said someone would be over shortly.. Toby and his crew arrived, checked out the system, determined the problem and fixed it. Fast and friendly service. He also looked at my well cap which was not seated right. Great service.

I messaged Toby when I had a pipe leak in my house. He sent some young apprentices over to inspect and recommend solutions and then Toby came by a little later and helped guide them on the repair. Everyone was friendly and it was good to see Toby help out the younger generation.

Work was solid, affordable, and he gave me some pointers and followed up with me a few days later to ensure that the leak was truly fixed.

He or the team have come quickly anytime we've needed it, even checked on a system for an hour after a bad storm backed up into our house and ended up not charging. Hello Toby! I want to tell you how conscientious, prompt, and customer-service oriented Adam is. He contacted me within hours after I reached out to him. He guided me in the purchase of a sink then installed my new sink and faucets. He also fixed a nagging bathtub leak. All of this work at our home was done in such a short time, I couldn't believe it! Don't waste your time calling him. Unresponsive. Unprofessional

Called Toby and he answered the phone and requested a text which I sent. He indicated that he was busy but would respond with a date. A few days later a follow-up text and he indicated that he was busy and would get back to me and be at the house as soon as he could.

3 weeks later and never heard from him.

He may be a great plumber. He may be busy. But complete lack of responsiveness and follow-up. Completely ignored me and blew me off.
