I had employed Toad's for two faucet repairs previously and they had done great work. So, when I needed a water heater with recirculation installed to provide immediate hot water to the kitchen and the extra bathroom, I went to Toad's first. They gave me quotes for both a tank and a tankless. Since I had already gone with a tankless when the electric failed, I decided on a second tankless. They came in and took out the old WH tank and an electric mini tank under the kitchen sink and upgraded the gas line to the existing tankles and installed a new Rinnaie RXP199i with its internal recirculation pump. They expanded the gas line from the propane regulator to 1 inch and pulled it through both Rinnai Tankless devices. They installed new PEX hot water lines to complete the recirculation loop. They did it in two days at just a slightly higher quote than simply replacing the old tank and adding a recirc pump. About 16 hours of work plus parts. The previous tankless serves our master bath and the new tankless serves the rest of the house (kitchen, garage, and guest bathroom). Works great! Hot water in seconds!

We first went out for bids and found Tyler at Toads Plumbing presented with the most cost effictive estimate. Tyler and I collaborated up front to select the equipment and develop the design. The manufacturer was a WaterRight Whole House Ultraviolet Water Filter, an automatic water conditioning filter, a spin down filter and associated piping and tubing. This was integrated with an existing 80 Gallon pressure tank. They also cost effectively subcontract the electrical work. In addition they replaced an old Jet pump with a new quiet model for our deep well application, again interfacing with existing piping runs back to the equipment room. Tyler and his side kick Ren did a 100% fantastic Job. They were friendly, happy, fast, knowledgable, professional, and hard working, When the going got tough with the tricky jet pump installation, they returned as needed to stand by their work and make certain the installation was completed as bid. We all learned a few things during the project. I give Toads five stars but they deserved many more. It was a pleasure doing business with them, and we would not hesitate to hire them again.

They do sorry work now I see their license expired last year.
They stiffed me, paid them to repair a shower head, it still leaks and now they won't return my calls or come back to fix it.
They may be out of business aware of this company
