While working with Nate and team it was a good experience. The staff was friendly, on time and responsive, especially given the challenges we are all living with. The plumbing and mechanical work passed inspection the first time.

We have contacted them on two separate occasions, over the span of several months. Each time, we clearly stated our issue, and asked for an appointment. Did not receive a reply either time. We've heard from others that it sometimes takes them a week to respond.

No thanks. If I had an actual emergency, I cannot wait a week for someone to ""grace me"" with an appointment. Terrible service!

Instead, this most recent time, we contacted Pure Air Solutions. They texted us within 15 minutes and setup an appointment the very next morning! Highly recommended!

This place is awesome! My parents water heater broke and flooded their basement! Nate went out and replaced it immediately with no problems! I'll definitely use ""To the T"" again as this is the second time we've called on them and their response time is quick and the work is great!

This company does not have its act together. They are not proactive, do not follow up or communicate well with customers, appear to have poor to non-existent relationships with suppliers and are full of excuses. After over 4 weeks going back and forth regarding replacing a part for my HVAC unit, which apparently has a 6 week lead-time, I couldn't even get them to provide a simple quote. At this point, they've stopped responding entirely, so I contacted another company that secured the part right away, provided a fair, detailed quote within a day and will be repairing my unit in the next 2 weeks. Do not waste your time with this place, and I'd also caution other companies to think twice when referring this business to their customers.

Update: I appreciate the apology, but I was made aware of the lead-time for the part early on in the process and was fine with it. In fact, I changed my travel plans home twice, at my expense, to accommodate the lead-time and have this company handle the repair. My issue was with the total breakdown in communication that followed. I could not get responses to questions or my repeated requests for detailed quotes, so finally gave up after 4 weeks going back and forth.

I had the water softener go out and needing replacement. After a frustrating experience with another company, I called To the T Plumbing to get a second opinion. Nate came over, assessed the situation, and was able to provide a quote in a timely manner. We scheduled a date and was able to get the new one installed, as well as some other maintenance done, including fixing some of the piping the previous plumbers had done incorrectly and a small gas leak (yikes!).

It can be difficult to find honest and competent plumbers. To the T Plumbing will be my go to company for any future work. Thanks for turning this difficult situation into a pleasant experience!

Honest, reputable, responsive and reasonably priced...Everything you want when looking for some repairs. Before turning to huge national chain company just because you've seen their name, give your business to a local company that cares. My hot water heater went out and they did a great job replacing it as well as rerouted the drain line that was previously poorly installed by the builder.

Finding a good plumber is not an easy task - but luckily I found an EXCELLENT one, ""To The T"". From the moment you call to make an appointment, to the actual service thru to the final bill, each step was efficient and carefully explained, and moreover, they are very pleasant to deal with. My sink was clogged and I needed a garbage disposal to be installed. I'm very pleased with the results. and that includes the bill, which was very reasonable. Bottomline: ""To The T"" is a professional and trustworthy company. I highly recommend them.

Nate was extremely professional and helpful. Unfortunately, Nate ran into some mold issues in my walls and crawl space and he let me know immediately and connected me to a mold remediation company. While we waited for the mold remediation company to call back, Nate was concerned with the issue of mold and not just getting the work at my house done so his project could be complete. I highly recommend choosing To the T for any plumbing work you need done.

To the T is excellent. I highly recommend you choose them and don't think twice. The staff are super communicative and knowledgeable. Nate is very professional and did an excellent job on my water heater. I have a few more things to upgrade and repair at my house and I look forward to having him back. I got multiple quotes and talked to 5 plumbers. To the T was by far the most helpful answering all my questions and concerns and offering a very fair price. The work performed was top notch. I was able to get on the schedule at a time that worked for me.
