My sump pump was steaming after the downpours and I was worried the pipe was blocked or the motor was breaking down, so I called this company. It is so nice to know a female owns it because when I'm doing house stuff it feels like I could get taken advantage of easily as a young lady corresponding with a mostly male industry... she scheduled me immediately and let me know it would be on the earlier side of the time frame based on what was scheduled before me - so communicative and transparent.
The techs, Max and Barret, were professional, friendly, and helped me plan for what to do if it does breakdown while I'm traveling. They gave me the pricing for a new one ~$750 and didn't pressure me into getting a replacement.
There was a $75 trip fee, which at first did feel like too much money to have someone tell me the pump is old and needs replacing soon, but now I have a great company I will work with again so it paid off.
Love the name and the T shirts. Plus the owner is a teacher like me!!

Personally, I would recommend 10 STARS for this company!!! I called the office on a Sunday with a sewer backup in the basement and left a message about needing HELP! Megan the owner called me back within the hour and we had an appt. set up for Monday morning. Nate and Kameron communicated to the T and showed up right when they said they would. On time, super personable, professional, prepared and extremely efficient. They had the sewer line unclogged and a new copper pipe on the leaking, old plumbing that was in the ceiling of the bathroom (with just a very small place to access)- all repaired within 2 hours. AND they left the areas cleaner than they were before they started!!! I mean these Guys are Really, Really Good. And as if all this wasn't enough- they are priced beyond fair and right, especially for their quality of work. Thanks again Team To the T!!!

They came same day. I called them at 8:30 am. I had a leak that caused drastic water damage. Couldn't get others to respond or come out for about a week. But I had Quick response, not only that but they were 2 hrs early 2:30 and originally reserved my appointment for 4-6 pm that same day. Thank the heaven's! I received courtesy texts to let me know when I should expect them. They gave me a estimate before they did anything and then did the work right away. They knew what they were doing and finished quickly within half an hour. I was invoiced what they estimated, paid on the spot and I had no mess to clean up after them. My reciept was emailed to me. Compared to 2 other companies on Angie's list that didn't reply after they did the estimate, or said that they couldn't do the job, they were the lowest priced.
Oh and they also Showed me what happened and explained why it was leaking. Now I can move on and get the water damage cleaned up now.

While working with Nate and team it was a good experience. The staff was friendly, on time and responsive, especially given the challenges we are all living with. The plumbing and mechanical work passed inspection the first time.

We have contacted them on two separate occasions, over the span of several months. Each time, we clearly stated our issue, and asked for an appointment. Did not receive a reply either time. We've heard from others that it sometimes takes them a week to respond.

No thanks. If I had an actual emergency, I cannot wait a week for someone to ""grace me"" with an appointment. Terrible service!

Instead, this most recent time, we contacted Pure Air Solutions. They texted us within 15 minutes and setup an appointment the very next morning! Highly recommended!

This place is awesome! My parents water heater broke and flooded their basement! Nate went out and replaced it immediately with no problems! I'll definitely use ""To the T"" again as this is the second time we've called on them and their response time is quick and the work is great!

This company does not have its act together. They are not proactive, do not follow up or communicate well with customers, appear to have poor to non-existent relationships with suppliers and are full of excuses. After over 4 weeks going back and forth regarding replacing a part for my HVAC unit, which apparently has a 6 week lead-time, I couldn't even get them to provide a simple quote. At this point, they've stopped responding entirely, so I contacted another company that secured the part right away, provided a fair, detailed quote within a day and will be repairing my unit in the next 2 weeks. Do not waste your time with this place, and I'd also caution other companies to think twice when referring this business to their customers.

Update: I appreciate the apology, but I was made aware of the lead-time for the part early on in the process and was fine with it. In fact, I changed my travel plans home twice, at my expense, to accommodate the lead-time and have this company handle the repair. My issue was with the total breakdown in communication that followed. I could not get responses to questions or my repeated requests for detailed quotes, so finally gave up after 4 weeks going back and forth.

I had the water softener go out and needing replacement. After a frustrating experience with another company, I called To the T Plumbing to get a second opinion. Nate came over, assessed the situation, and was able to provide a quote in a timely manner. We scheduled a date and was able to get the new one installed, as well as some other maintenance done, including fixing some of the piping the previous plumbers had done incorrectly and a small gas leak (yikes!).

It can be difficult to find honest and competent plumbers. To the T Plumbing will be my go to company for any future work. Thanks for turning this difficult situation into a pleasant experience!

Honest, reputable, responsive and reasonably priced...Everything you want when looking for some repairs. Before turning to huge national chain company just because you've seen their name, give your business to a local company that cares. My hot water heater went out and they did a great job replacing it as well as rerouted the drain line that was previously poorly installed by the builder.
