Moses lied about scheduling a Saturday appt when he called and said he was in the area about 5:00pm to come work. It was not going to work out. We scheduled for Monday 10am sharp. He asked to send a photo of faucet so he could have the items he needed for Monday. 9:50am I called to confirm appt. Moses said he still needed to get items. I asked what time would he show up. 12 maybe 1:00 so 2-3 hours later. Wow! I don't have time to sit around and wait all day after we specifically scheduled an appt took photos for what was needed. Just for him to give another customer priority and be dishonest about me canceling an appt I didn't even schedule. He canceled on me! Not very trustworthy staff if you ask me. Especially treating customers that way. Then with speaking with the owner. He must like loosing customers cause referrals is where you get a ton of business. If that's the way the owner treats people yelling to them I would never contract them! Reasonable or not!

This is currently one of the vendors that my property management uses. Scheduled 48 hours in advanced. The day of I was contacted asking to schedule earlier. I couldn't. Then right before service I was told he had to completely cancel. I made a long statement to the guy and mentioned lack of professionalism and lack of honesty. The father of the guy I was chatting with called me aggressively to confront me about confronting his son. He cussed me out and said ""You can call the property manager"" and to ""fuck off"". The lack of professionalism and maturity!

Joshua and Richard are the best. I called them on a holiday and they were very responsive. The rates were more than reasonable, even for the holiday. Joshua provided an accurate ETA for the tech arrival. Richard arrived on time, was very personable, and professional. I would recommend TNT Rooter to anyone with plumbing needs. Awesome team.

This company is amazing! Not only are they locally owned and Veteran owned, but there are quick to respond and affordable. Our tech was amazing! I called them at 7:30 this morning and left a voice message. They were willing to come out at noon. He was able to fix the toilet within an hour after my husband had spent six days trying!

I called Joshua with 2 separate issues going on; 1) main-line backup in the basement and 2) a pin-hole spraying water everywhere from a 3/4"" copper pipe running along the rafters of our unfinished basement. Water from above and below, not fun! He said he's be there in the am, as soon as he dropped his kids off at school.

I continued trying to find someone to come out that evening with no luck, but one place said they'd be here at 8am... and a little cheaper than Joshua. Score! NOT. Dude showed up saying he only quoted me the copper pipe repair and that he ""don't do main-line clean-outs"", so I told him to leave.

Immediately called Joshua, but he couldn't do the pipe repair until 5pm. However, his son Richard was able to come in 20 minutes to do the main-line clean-out. Fast forward to 5pm, Joshua and Richard came, assessed the pipe job, then preceded to get the job done. It took a little longer than anticipated, but Joshua held the price to what he had quoted originally.

Josh was great to work with on the phone and in person. He's taught his son well, especially with customer service... a very respectful young man! We spoke about my wish list of plumbing work, he wasn't shy to quote off the cuff. I will be using Joshua/Richard and TNT Rooter Home Repair for my future plumbing needs. Thanks Again!!!

WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!EVER! NOT EXAGGERATING! Save your time and money and just get your plumbing fixed by calling someone else. This guy won't show! Joshua NO SHOWED TWICE with virtually no notice. Then when i said my boyfriend would have to meet him during the week instead for a third attempt, he refused to confirm that appointment time for over a day, then said he didn't want to work with me anymore when i followed up by text the next day after not hearing back from him! 0 stars is deserved. Life happens, but this guy will blame you for not having his life together when you're just trying to find a time that will work for both of you... meanwhile your plumbing is still broken. He says anything he thinks you'll want to hear to get your commitment, then leaves you hanging for days. If like me, you can't afford to take a bunch of time off work to meet someone multiple times who can't keep their appointments or communicate and reschedule when things need to change, CALL ANYONE ELSE!

Great experience with Joshua and his son! They came quick and helped us asses the problem. We ended up not needing any services since the problem is easy to fix but we will definitely use josh and his company for any future fixes. Reliable, professional and his son was superrrrrr polite!
