Such honest and caring people! Cleaned out our main line when another company said $1600 to jet out the blockage and said it was our only option. Called Tim up for a second opinion and gave us all our options for a lot cheaper and had a simple fix to our problem. So happy I called them.

Called Tim in the morning cause my water heater stopped working. He said he could be out shortly which he was. He told me what was wrong with it which was a part that you could tell was already replaced by the previous owner of my house. He could have just replaced the part, but since it had already broke before i didnt want to have to deal with it again so i decided to go with a new water heater. He went out and got me a new water heater, installed it and fixed the vent pipe which wasnt up to code all by the afternoon the same day. Couldnt be happier with Tims work and how professional he was.

There's nothing like coming home from vacation to find... plumbing that's backing up. Whittier / LM folks, TNT Rooter is a good, family run business to try out if you have a small plumbing issue and don't want to pay a fortune to a chain company. Our drains are now... draining. Tim and his wife were quick to come out and fixed the problem in no time.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! We had been seconds away from signing a contract for a job that would have cost us over $3,400.00. The price did not include the cost of getting a permit from the city.
We felt stuck because our toilets, shower and bathtub backed up. The smell good plumber was waiting for another co worker to come and break through the concrete. He had already called out his supervisor. The supervisor gave us the estimate. Before the quote was written up. We just got a sick feeling.We still have the written quote as a souvenir!
We went out to tell them we were going to get another estimate. We had quickly checked the on line reviews while they were writing up the paperwork and waiting for a 3rd person to come to work.
We called another licensed plumber.He quoted us $1,700.00 for the same exact work.
Of course we should have checked the reviews first but a friend had good luck with the smell good plumber in his area.NEVER again will we make that mistake!

Tim and Christine were fantastic!!! They unclogged our plumbing and offered to do the other work at a later time for less than ANYONE quoted! They came out quickly and answered each question professionally. These are experienced people! They didn't need to call anyone out to approve anything. We didn't tell them everything to see if they would say the same thing as the other plumber. They were so knowledgeable. What a relief!
They spent almost 3 hours working and charged us $259.00. Tim was dripping wet from working in the hot sun! Christine was wonderful and was so much help. We loved them for saving us from spending so much and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!
We had read 1 bad review about them that we almost didn't call them. We are am so glad we did not let that influence us.
These people deserve the 5 star rating!

I called Tim because our water heater kept turning off. Sometimes the pilot would stay lit for 1-3 hours or 2-3 days. He came out to take a look at no charge. He diagnosed the problem to be 1 of 2 things, he suggested we try the cheaper of the 2 to see if that option worked trying to save me some money. He said that if it was the more expensive option, he would do the labor for free. Thank you Tim, it's been 3 weeks, and so far our water heater has stayed on. If you are looking for someone who is professional, reasonable and honest...Tim is your guy.

Tim and Christine are wonderful. I needed new hose bibs installed throughout the house. The prior ones were soldered to the pipes. I requested a quote through Yelp on a Sunday afternoon, and received a reply within 2 hours. He asked me to send a picture of the pipes which i think is genius. The day the work was to be done, Tim & Christine called before they were on their way, and arrived right on time. No games with the pricing, and they were done in about an hour & a half. Their both so gracious and took the time to explain what they were doing and why in lay-mans terms.

I was faced with replacing my gas line from the meter to the house after a recent gas company inspection - and I was given two weeks to get it done!
TNT Rooter was working in the area so I requested an estimate. Their estimate was waaay cheaper than the two others I had gotten. I scheduled them to start in two days and they completed the work as scheduled.
TNT Rooter saved me a lot of money!

Tim came by on late Saturday to complete a repair on our water heater. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I would gladly recommend him for any repair or service.
