I launched this business after getting fired from an hourly role and my passion to repair things manually. Eventually, my business has grown, and I’ve partnered with other small handyman services to support one another! Operating for myself gives me the opportunity to really engage with my clients and learn about their preferences. What this means, my clients feel heard and what they want for their homes are taken seriously...not just rushed through for a rapid profit. A client has confident with who is handling their project, they will be more satisfied the results because they can discuss openly throughout the process, keeping everyone in sync. Everyone wins.
