My basement flooded so i called them and they were out within 2 hours but 2 week later my basement started flooding again i called them so they could honor their 30 day warranty but they said they were closed (which they were because it was Sunday ) so i was directed to call the next day i called as soon as they open and once they found out they had to honor my warranty they kept putting me off and never came ! I literally waited 7 hours with tissue and feces floating ! I called more then 5 times just for the guy that started answering the phone to start becoming rude saying ""I TOLD YOU IT WAS PPL IN FRONT OF YOU AND WE WILL CALL YOU "" and then hung up ! But once again i called at 9 when they opened so exactly how many ppl could be in front of me ?

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They sent out two men neither knew what they where doing. I'm a SINGLE female so I guess they just took advantage.. I called this place on a Friday because I noticed my toilet was backing up & all the waste was backing up into my tub. I when I called I asked for them to snake my toilet, they came out pulled my toilet up & got shit all over my carpet just to snaked my toilet & tub and still couldn't solve the problem. If your are really a plumber your going to figure out the issues..... Instead of snaking out my main drain they told me it was nothing that they could do & I would need a plumber to go on my roof .. Sunday another plumber came out snaked my main drains and got me together with out even coming into the up stairs part of my house....... It's Tuesday & I'm still cleaning shit out my carpet dealing with them never again & they used my dirty clothes to try & clean up their mess.......

They totally had my main drain snaked in 5 minutes! Had another company out the day before that said it couldn't be snaked and I needed it replaced for 3900 dollars ! TNT has it snaked and said I had no problems at all ! So glad I called them instead of being ripped off by that other company! Thanks tnt main drain specialist

These guys where good and on time the first time around I contracted them last week to do a job I had the same problem today gave them a call at 9:15 am to let them know I had the same issue once again then contractors didn't even have the audacity to call and let someone know exactly what's going on and here it is past 6:00 I had to call someone else to come out I think the fact that they knew they would have to basically do the job for free they just prolonged my house this is terrible amongst black businesses we have to do better

No one showed up. Called and someone said they will call back and will be out. No called and still no one showed up. You can't leave a message there because their mailbox is full. Poor service and I would not recommend them to anyone. Not reliable. I could have had some one else come out but I was waiting on TNT since 1pm. They called and said it would be later but before 6pm. It is now 7:55pm and still no one. Call anyone but this place. Very unprofessional

Do not use. Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful office staff. Sam office staff shouted, talked over me and hung up after I asked to speak with the owner. I called at 10:04 am and was told that she would call me back by noon. Did not receive a call back, so I called at 1:25 pm and received a voice mail.
Had services and still having the same problem as originally requiring services.
Problem still not solved.
Requesting a refund.
