Great service from Tay Tay & Fred were very professional and gave me suggestions on keeping my drains clean and lint free. They came within the two hours time frame. TNT was fast and did an great job snaking out the main drain.

TNT is amazing! I contacted several plumbers last Sunday for an urgent basement flood situation. They responded almost instantaneously with the best quote and were at my house to snake my main line less than two hours later. I will definitely call them again when my old house inevitably needs more plumbing services.

If I could give zero stars I would. Charged me 150$ to snake a storm drain and main drain. They never snaked the main drain, never even took the Cleanout cap off. Tenant moved in, and fecal matter backed up into the basement sink. These guys are liars and thieves and if you're not watching them, they will defraud you.

Poor customer service. Just call to get quote and or use there plumbing services. The lady who answered the phone was so rude, she gave quotes and didn't say what's your address, how fast they could have someone out, just rude. Good customer service goes a long way. They should try it sometimes, or hire somebody who really likes there job, need there job, apparently this chick doesn't.

They came and cleared my main drain on a Saturday evening.. called 3 other places and they didn't have any openings till Monday.. so I was happy to find TNT.. good work and great prices. And gave us a few tips on toilet paper lol

I came home from work to find my basement flooded. I called TNT and the two young men were at my home within 20 minutes. They were very professional and fast. The snaked the drain and were out the door in less than 30 minutes and the rate was very affordable. I highly recommend TNT for any plumbing issues. Thanks Tay Tay and Redhead for a job well done.

They quoted one price but after the work is done quote a higher price. The lady that answers the phone is not very friendly and rude at times. The owner is also very rude. I've never seen a plumber with shorts and flip flops on like he was not working. They did not seem very professional at all.

I wish I could've used someone else but because this was an emergency, I used them. I will not call them again. Plus they left a huge mess in my bathroom for me to cleanup. If you don't expect good customer service, quality work and to be treated with respect then call this company.

We are landlords to a rental property in Detroit. The tenants called based on a back up in the basement. Tnt came out to snake it and said it was a collapsed main drain with an estimate of $4000 to fix. The city was called, checked and said it was clear on their end. We called someone my parents used for the passed 30+ years and was able to snake it and clear the line for $150. Very disappointed.
