The company came out to repair my toilet. The guy snaked it & said it was good without testing it. So I called them back the next day & the lady told me she instructed them to pull the toilet up however they didn't. She sent them back out, charged an additional fee & still did not fix the problem. I've owned my home in Oak Park Michigan for the past 7 1/2 years. Today I called Tnt plumbing to service my main drain which I've called them every two years to clean out my drain periodically. The technician that came out to the house unprofessionally decided to tell my tenant that I moved out of my home because of my drainage issues which was a complete lie if I was running from drainage issues and I own a $100,000 home in Oak Park I probably would sell and take my money and go...but an idiot kid wouldn't know anything about that. Secondly such conversations is completely inappropriate period, with my tenant are you serious. a job and is a job either you do it or you don't do it. I guess it's true you get what you pay for. If you claim that I've called you out multiple times to clean my drain that shows that you've been the only company that I've used for these past years that I've lived here so that means you damaged my pipes they stated that my pipes fell and the only thing that they're digging is Clay n dirt. no camera to actually show you the damage or anything whatsoever this is random thrown out statements but it's OK the boss on top of that had an attitude calling me from a from speakerphone from his technicians phone fussing and complaining the whole job was a complete nightmare if you know what's best for you keep these immature little children away from your home. There's a possibility one of these days these guys will return and rob someone this is not the first time this has happened every time they state ""$75 on their website when they get to your house they want to up it to $125 or $100 but the lady you talk to on the phone always quotes you the advertised price. they try to charge you another price which there probably pocketing in their own wallets I don't trust this company any longer their service has become trash spend a couple more dollars and go with a better company who is not just about running through the streets of Detroit pocketing peoples money and tearing up their property on purpose stay aware and beware of bad business. It's very messed up that are own African-American people try to up charge services when they know the entire country is going through a pandemic. That is evil and messed up I can see why there's no purpose in supporting black business. Then they made the situation worst and tried to charge me a service charge. Good riddance. Now I have to repair unnecessary damages.

TERRIBLE!!! Would not recommend. Needed my property snaked out, Antonio put the snake in the wrong drain and recommended that I needed that area dug
up and a new sewer line, $60 down the drain. I had another plumbing company come out 10 minutes later, they ran the snake and unclogged the drain.

Let me start out with saying they have no idea of what they are doing. I had a backup in my basement. They came out, they started to snake my drain and said 10 feet in they hit dirt. That I have a collapsed pipe and would need to break my basement floor and change the pipe. I called out our family guy who does our work normally. The only thing he doesn't do is snake the drain. I gave him the diagnosis and he went to work. Come to find out... there was no break in the drain. I called out roto rooter to snake the main drain again and see if we missed something. They snaked 55ft worth of all my pipes. They also informed us they did not go in the correct drain when we showed them what they did. My house was just fine. So now where it would have costed me a $285.00 main drain clean out. I am paying for my basement being broken up among other things. ( $1200)....They have no clue on what they are doing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE ALL ABOUT MAKING MONEY AND LYING TO YOU!!!!!

This company was recommended by a family member because of a his previous his with this company. I needed my only working toilet in my home that was plugged. I called TNT and they said they would be over in about a hour. Anthony and his partner, who I unfortunately did not get his name, were very friendly, professional and courteous. Even though they were momentarily startled by my dog, Sherlock. They were quick to diagnose the issue and remove the clog. The whole experience was very positive.

Worst company ever. We had them come out to snake the main drain to prevent water from not going down the floor drain on the basement floor, they sent (3) guys and after running the old ancient snake through the main and and pouring a few buckets of water down the cleanout he says we should be all set and I have a ""30 Day Warranty"" later on that evening we proceeded to pressure wash the walls and floor in the basement and guess what, water not going down at the floor drain.. we call them back in the am and the lady who takes their service calls wants to overtalk me and be argumentative, says there are 2 drains in the basement and maybe they should snake the other on and I'll have to pay for that. The technician tells us what most plumbers love to tell customers ""you might need a dig up"" claim his snake was hitting something and it might be a broken rusted trap. I tell him I hear that all the time and before I spend that amount of money to do a dig up I'll have a camera ran through the line. Our main snake guy luckily got back in from being out of town, came right over and fed about 6-8 feet of cable in the exact drain the TNT guys played around with and instantly the water started going down, no broken trap, no collapsed lines, none of that. I tell TNT I want my money back because their service was useless and I was told to not call back, they are filing a PPO on me, blah blah blah and the technician kept saying I didn't have to call another plumber because I had a warranty. Sir what good is your warranty if your work is worthless? The piece of paper the receipt is on was worth more than the warranty. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!!! I sent them video of the plumber fixing what they couldn't fix. Didn't matter. They just have to keep that $75.00 they charged me. It's ok, I'll make sure everyone knows how horrible their service is.

I have used TNT plumbing for sewer drain clean outs on all my Detroit and Pontiac Properties. They are a family business and Mcqueal, Tyrone and the team have always been able to resolve my problems quickly and at a very reasonable price. Today, I called to have a main drain snaked out. Tez and his partner were at my home in about 2 hours (at the end of the day). He called me with an update when he was one job away, then again when he was 14 minutes away. When he got to my home, he checked out the clean outs, brought in the heavy duty snake and got right to it. Within a couple minutes he removed the blockage, informed me of the root cause and gave me suggestions on how to prevent this in the future. The guys were quite neat despite the nature of the service. In the past they have provided some warranty service at no charge, so I trust them to stand behind their work. I always start with TNT Plumbing and they never let me down.

First I called Bison Plumbing and was told by the bubbly receptionist they won't come to Detroit, MI...no further comment on grown men too scared to make money.

Second, I called TNT Plumbing. Receptionist was professional and friendly. Quoted fair price. The plumbers arrived on-time, and although they were young, they did a better job than the older more experienced plumbers I have used in the past and most importantly, didn't leave a mess. They were also courteous. Cleared two clogged lines in under 20 minutes. Tested everything with me, before leaving, to make sure I was happy with the job. They gave a 30 day warranty too.

It was so distressful having raw sewerage back up in my home, and I was so relieved that I could get it fixed before the holidays. Thank you TNT!

Well this was an experience I wish I never had. I contacted TNT on a Sunday for a quote for a backed up tub. They quoted me $90 and said someone would call me first thing Monday morning with an appointment time. Around 11am on Monday I hadn't heard from them so I called, they said they'd look into it. I then got a call from the technician saying he would be there in 20 mins. When he and his helper arrived I was surprised that they showed up in an unmarked truck and no company uniform or shirt. They could have been anyone. I needed this fixed so I showed them the issue. The technician was convinced it was my toilet causing the problem not my tub. He proceeded to take off my toilet and snake it through there. After about 40 mins he said he was hitting something solid and couldn't do anymore. He called his boss who agreed to come out with different equipment. I was told he'd arrived within 2 hours and call when he was on his way. They made me pay $50 deposit and it was cash only.

Two hours later and went and no call. So I call the office, she informs me they would be there by 5, um that's 5 hours not 2! I had somewhere to be and couldn't wait. However the previous guy left my toilet off and I only have one bathroom! That's a problem!

So an hour later the first technician comes back to my house to simply put on the toilet. He informs me that his boss is still tied up and wouldn't have made it out tonight anyway. Ok great, so how is this getting fixed?!? He tells me they will send someone out first thing in the morning and have someone call first. Well as you can guess, no one called or showed up the next day at all.

Needless to say I contacted another company and they came out same day. Turns out it was my tub and they didn't even need to come inside my house to resolve the issue! TNT is an absolute joke, please call someone else!
