TNT plumbing was the biggest disappointment I've have ever dealt with, One lie after another ever time he was scheduled to show up to work he would call wit a story why he co make it. He took my money and never finished the job !!! There is no way I would recommend T-N-T Plumbing to anyone!!

I had an appointment to have my hot water heater looked at through Choice Home warranty, Tony sent me a text, said he wasn't coming that day, would be here the next day at 3, at about 2 he texted said he was cancelling the order because Choice hadn't paid him for a hot water heater previously. He knew the day before that it was a hot water heater, he could have said something then so I could get someone else. Very bad customer service, not only for doing this, but texting me instead of calling and owning the situation.

I will not recommend this company to anyone. They came to my home and gave me an estimate. I had to pay a service fee of $65 for him to come. He then cancelled on me 6 times and now is not in contact with me This company stole $65 from me. I am a single woman trying to pay a mortgage. This should be illegal.

Awful and incredibly unprofessional. Had an appointment booked several days ago, it has now been changed with no comment or explanation for the fourth time. Meanwhile I have no hot water in my home. Unresponsive and unreachable, avoid dealing with this business.

Anthony was quick and efficient from the start. Getting my quote and scheduling the job was a breeze. He is a great communicator and reasonably priced. He was able to hook up my propane fire place because he has a license to deal with natural gas. Highly recommend!

Recently moved to the area and needed a laundry box installed for a ventless, all in one washer/dryer. After playing phone tag for over a week with other plumbing shops, I called TNT and immediately spoke with the owner, Anthony. He was out to our cabin the next afternoon with all the necessary materials, and made quick, yet meticulous work of it. He voluntarily unpacked and installed the unit as well, completely cleaned up after the job, and looked at a few other areas of the cabin for us providing advice and recommendations. We have used the machine over a dozen times and everything is perfect. Extremely polite, professional, """"above and beyond"""" service, and very reasonably priced. Definitely our go-to plumbing shop.

They showed up on time. Very professional and very knowledgeable. We had 3 leaking issues. They checked them all out including crawling around in our crawl space below the house. Turns out none of them were because of plumbing leaks. They had no problem telling us we didn't need them but needed tile specialist and someone to fix an area of the siding where water was getting in. They even referred us to good people to take are of it.
