The owner Dan was extremely responsive to my emergency. I left a message for Dan and he called back within 5 minutes. He apologized for not taking my call due to him being in the middle of a service call. I see described my issue and Dan had already figured out what the issue was. Dan arrived and found the issue within a few minutes and was able to fix my issue quickly! Dan then helped clean up the standing water and clean up the area (totally unexpected GREAT SERVICE). I would highly recommend Dan and TNT Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

My tenant called with an issue and I came to yelp. I'm so glad that I found TNT. Dan was responsive to my inquiry and came out the next day. He kept me well informed of his arrival time AND sent me pictures and provided a DETAILED explanation of the problem. While he was on his way, my tenant communicated an additional issue. Dan fixed everything and was extremely pleasant. I would NOT hesitate to reach out to TNT in the future.

I had an excellent experience with tnt plumbing and drain service. Super fast response to my inquiry and had availability to come out the very next day. I had 2 separate plumbing issues to address and both were complete within about an hour. They gave fair pricing up front, and also ended up reducing the cost when issue ended up being a very easy/quick fix. They also provided information about how to address one of the issues myself if it happens again in the future so i can save money. It is hard to imagine a more honest, efficient, and trustworthy plumbing service. Would definitely recommend!

He arrived at the property promptly, was extremely knowledgeable, let me know what the price would be before he performed the work, and fixed the issue we were having with our garbage disposal quickly. Excellent job: I had a washer drain that was overflowing with the bedding cycle and asked them to come out. They were there in 2 hours, snaked out the line and fixed the problem. Washer is now draining perfectly, guess it just needed a good cleaning.

Added kudos for them not recommending to snake out the sink line (nearby, I wasn't sure if it needed it too) because that wasn't where the problem was.

Overall quite a polite, neat, and responsive group of people. Will definitely bring them back the next time I have an issue.

I have a hot water tank leak. I used the quote function after 5pm and received a response within an hour. They were able to diagnose the problem using photos and walking me through a few steps. Ultimately I did not select them for the job but I definitely would in the future. Nothing negative on their behalf. They have good customer service, knowledge and are up front. Made a good 1st impression.
