They listned and go the job done in record time after going to get the proper fittings for my home. I have been using them for years and even with the change in owership, I will continue to call them first . The cost was what I expected for my new 8 jet, handheld and rain shower panel.

I hired TNT Plumbing to re-pipe my house. I had a slab leak and decided since my house was old to get rid of all the old piping and add new. They were fast and efficient. Trustworthy came on time. The re-pipe looks great. The owner is wonderful and John and his crew were awesome. I now have new pipes. I highly recommend this company.

I had a slab leak I. My kitchen. I called TNT plumbing and left a voicemail message but no one called me back. I called back the following day and spoke to someone who said that they would call me back that very day however, no one called me back. I was finally able to reach someone who came out to do an inspection and I was a told to call back once ai had the leak detected. One I had the leak detection completed I called TNT to schedule an appointment and not until a week later did I get a call back. So, I ended up going with another company.

I nave contacted TNT Plumbing 3 times in the past two weeks.
I'm to understand they are under new management. The first contact
the owner said he would get right back with me. 24hs latter still no call back.
I called again Owner said Im out in the truck I will call you from the office.
I said fine. I have an inspection that was done and there are some items I
would like you to look at and give an estimate. He said oh great can you leave it at the front office? I said sure sounds great. This was done within the hour. Several days go by no call back. I again contact Owner this time at the office. He says Inspection? I don't recall an inspection. We talk and he says oh yes I remember but I actually would like to see it. I reply great and can you bring a camera I would like for you to scope the piping to verify condition.
Owner says yes we do that service. So a week later the appointment time comes and goes. I call again owner says oh Im sorry that didn't get scheduled.
Are guys are on another job, they will be done soon, they have the camera.
I said ok I will wait. 2 hours latter a truck with two techs show up and we talk for a few minutes. The tech tells me oh our camera with the small head is not working, its been down for a few days,(something the owner knows and says nothing). The tech says I will only be able to come down from the roof and look at the main line from here to there. I wont be able to see any of the others.

My reply Ok we are done here I will make other arrangements next week.
I'm requesting to have things done properly here for peace of mind for the home owner and the renter. So I will schedule some-one dependable who can do the job. sorry you guys came out but, no thanks.
The techs are likely good Techs no fault of there's. But the management
well the letter speaks for itself. Enjoy your lost business

Beware, they charge a ton for a job that isn't done right in the first place, and charge another ton for another job to come back for not doing it right in the first place. They say that we throw wipes down the toilet that clogged it, it was never clogged.

We had a burst pipe on our property. Flooding everywhere. I called a few other plumbers and was either unable to get through or told their schedule for the week was full. Not TNT! TNT answered my call on the first attempt and sent out a truck and technicians within hours. I was braced for the worst, but they handled the problem on the spot.
