Very disappointed with this company. Received their number from a neighbor using them. One of their employees Israel came over and gave us an estimate on our project. He quoted us $160-200 and said it would take less than 2 hours. I contacted them via text to schedule appointment and owner Ted replied saying job was going to be $260-300. I asked why and he stopped replying. I called and be told me I should call another company.. Who does that? I didn't ask for any discount or special rate but I did expect you to honor the quote given or at least give me a reasonable explanation beyond: ""It will be more than quoted you should just call someone else"". Nothing changed on my requests or project so why rate is higher? I am a business owner myself and I know how important it is to honor what we promise to our clients. I will be calling someone else as you recommended because I prefer to give my business to those who value and respect their clients.

Recently TNT plumbing came to the rescue. My bathroom exploded... the cut off to the toilet burst. My bathroom started filling with about a gallon of water per second. I couldn't find the main to my apartment complex because it was covered by a dumpster. Chava and Joe came out from TNT plumbing faster than I thought possible and immediately fixed everything. Thank you so much! You've got a customer for life

I've used TNT for the past five years for snaking drains, installing toilets, dishwasher, disposal, repiping the garage and anything plumbing. They are my go-to plumbers. The house I bought several years ago needed repairs and upgrades. TNT does a good job and their rates are very reasonable. Ted owns the business and is a super nice guy. They definitely get 5 stars from me.

Water heater was installed incorrectly and flooded my apartment . They fixed fast and left gas slowly leaking for months and when the gas company told them to fix it they insisted nothing was wrong . Gas company came out again and they FINALLY fixed the valve and other parts that were faulty !

The actual work was ok. Their billing system is very unprofessional. I had a large bill that I was paying over time with a verbal agreement. I received three statements total in over three years. I never got payment confirmation on any of my payments. I tried to contact them by phone and email several times to go over the balance and never got a response. It was difficult to know if they were crediting my payments or what the balance was. They ended up putting my bill in collections. I have never defaulted a bill in my life and don't intend to start anytime soon. It's just a haphazard way to do business. Be sure to get everything in writing and keep proof of payment if you do business with TNT. I won't do business with them again.

Do yourself a favor and find a reputable company, this is not it. At first, I found them cheaper than others. Maybe that's because they installed a water heater not to code. But I used them again (my bad) and got a faucet with hot/cold reversed, a hose bib that leaked, and a guy who thought it was ok to use channel pliers on the outside finish of a sink faucet. I'll pay more somewhere else and get the job done right the first time. Never again.

I called this morning, the man I spoke with must of thought I just got off the train but for a sewer main clean out (just precautionary in my case) he wanted to charge me $500 - $800. We all know that's ridiculous and unfortunate.

Great service and great guys! So friendly and had the problem solved so quickly!! We were expecting out of town company for the weekend and the kitchen sinks both plugged up. I saw the great reviews for TNT and called. Even though they were pretty booked up, they were determined to help. Can't thank you enough and you'll be the only one we call from now on!
