We had a burst pipe on our property. Flooding everywhere. I called a few other plumbers and was either unable to get through or told their schedule for the week was full. Not TNT! TNT answered my call on the first attempt and sent out a truck and technicians within hours. I was braced for the worst, but they handled the problem on the spot. They were lightning fast and exhibited the friendliest and most professional service imaginable. I would be happy to call on TNT again for any future job. Thank you, Israel and Jaime. And thank you, TNT. You're life savers.

These guys are awesome, prompt and knowledgeable. They know what they are doing. My property management uses them for the major problem we have in our apartment. I have encountered and dealt with them many times already and I can tell you that they are the one to call for any plumbing needs. This review is long overdue. If I have a house, for sure they are the one I will be calling. I had experience with other plumbers in town before and I can tell you TNT is the one to call, take it from me.

Ted and his crew are just the best! I have a couple of ""mom and pop"" rentals, and for many years TNT has always been there in a pinch. While plumbing emergencies are never any fun, knowing TNT is on it is a big relief! Thanks TNT, for taking care of our plumbing needs for all these years!

We had a main line clogged late in the day on Thursday, they did come out a little after 5 said they cleared it. The next day things started draining slow. I saw waste all over the front yard. Called them ask them to come fix the situation they declined and said to just deal with it or wait a few days so they could come out. We called somebody else to get it cleaned out properly because I don't honestly know if they know what they're doing! There was a huge chunk of hair that was pulled out along with some tree roots. If tnt had actually run the line completely the stuff would not be left in the Drain The hair was not anyone in our house. We've only been here two weeks the chunk was the size of a tennis ball. I do not recommend this company to anyone unless you would like to pay somebody to do it twice right

Shakespeare said, ""Beware the ides of March!"" In the case of TNT, one could say, ""Beware their internal processes!"" I think TNT means well. Also, I believe they have a fairly skilled staff. But, when it comes to business processes, communications, and the accurate retention of data across time, there's much room for improvement. At least in our experience, they got lost in the facts and details of what actually transpired and was supposed to transpire. Sadly, that makes them vulnerable.

Very disappointed with this company. Received their number from a neighbor using them. One of their employees Israel came over and gave us an estimate on our project. He quoted us $160-200 and said it would take less than 2 hours. I contacted them via text to schedule appointment and owner Ted replied saying job was going to be $260-300. I asked why and he stopped replying. I called and be told me I should call another company.. Who does that? I didn't ask for any discount or special rate but I did expect you to honor the quote given or at least give me a reasonable explanation beyond: ""It will be more than quoted you should just call someone else"". Nothing changed on my requests or project so why rate is higher? I am a business owner myself and I know how important it is to honor what we promise to our clients. I will be calling someone else as you recommended because I prefer to give my business to those who value and respect their clients.

Recently TNT plumbing came to the rescue. My bathroom exploded... the cut off to the toilet burst. My bathroom started filling with about a gallon of water per second. I couldn't find the main to my apartment complex because it was covered by a dumpster. Chava and Joe came out from TNT plumbing faster than I thought possible and immediately fixed everything. Thank you so much! You've got a customer for life
