SO WISH WE HAD CHECKED YELP FIRST --guy came out, really friendly, diagnosed problem for our broken washer, said he needed to order a part. Wouldn't take long, he'd come back next week to install. Like idiots we paid him $250 for coming out, diagnosing problem (spent about 45 minutes taking machine apart and putting back together) and for part. Was supposed to come last week. We've called a few times, left messages, nothing.

Let me start by saying BUYER BEWARE and If I could give zero stars I would. I am all about community and will ask a local small business to do work before I go with a national company and especially during this covid crisis small business suffers more. So with that being said, I Needed a new hot water heater and found Tony Carnes on FB Marketplace. We had 4 mutual acquaintances on FB so I trusted him. Wrong decision. He called and texted daily until we paid him so he could """"buy"""" the equipment and hot water heater. Quote him, """"he didn't want to spend his money and then have someone back out of the deal. That it has happened to him before."""" Ok, fair. So I paid him and he comes the 8 days of excuses ranging from a funeral to his partner quit to he's waiting on someone else to help. The 4 scheduled appointments he never kept or even bothered to call and say he wasn't coming. I have a text trail of excuses and unkept appointments. When I told him if he doesn't show up on day 8 I'll be asking for my monies back which is the right thing to do. He has yet to respond to that text or even give my money back. He's a con artist so buyer beware.

It is astounding that so many people have all had the very same experience! It took them 5 days to acknowledge the work request from my home warranty company (SLA is 24 hours).They called at 6pm on Saturday and wanted to come out immediately. Instead we scheduled for Monday morning. They missed their appointment by a few hours and arrived in the afternoon. Collected $75 via Brandi's personal PayPal account (red flag) while telling me how their business partner stole $60k from them and how they were backed up (red flag). They failed to show up Wednesday as promised (red flag). They failed to call Thursday (red flag) and did not return to do the work (red flag). I was surprised when they answered my call Thursday afternoon and relieved to learn they were on the way to my house! They never showed (red flag). They still won't answer my calls and refuse to return my calls. Based on the feedback of others here, my experience was not unique. This has been a frustrating few weeks and i still can't wash my clothes!

The owner, Tony Carnes is A SCAMMER, and A THIEF. Nobody can be SKETCHY than this guy.This guy came to fix my fridge along with this friend Chris on 04/09/2020. They did a diagnosis and told me that a part needs to be ordered to fix the problem. I was charged 75$ that night via Paypal. However, The money went to W.W. Appliance Sales, apparently Chis owns that company. I didn't hear anything from Tony for 2.5 weeks. I finally contacted him on 04/26/2020 for an update. He said that he separated himself form his partner. I made a big mistake that night when I paid him 75$ again via Paypal. That paypal account was under """"Brandi Fountain"""", a personal account. The email address used was lilmama101113@gmail..com. The first time when I paid him 75$, the email address used was """"whiteheadwilliam46@gmail.com"""". Now, I am out of 75$. I have to spend time and energy with my """"2-10 Warrant Company"""" to get my first 75$ back. Paypal won't give me money back since I paid 75$ the second time to a personal account aka BRANDI FOUNTAIN. This guy's phone # is 706-458-0553. He neither picks up his phone nor texts back. Even my warranty company can't get in touch with him. I won't stop though. I will contact my bank, if needed I will contact police if I don't get my first 75$ back. I wish I DIDN'T HAVE TO CHOOSE any of these stars to submit my review.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I am begging you, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. One of the owners came out to my house, gave me an estimate, I paid $500 up front for """"parts"""", and set the appointment for him to return. He failed to show up for numerous appointments without letting me know. He had a different excuse for everything. 2 1/2 weeks and many phone calls & text later, my appliances are still not fixed. He brought the parts to my house (with no invoice or paperwork) under the pretense of coming back the next day with his helper to fix the appliances. I texted him the following morning. He said he was leaving to head to my house. I haven't heard from him since. These people should not be trusted. They are the reason that people don't want to do business with local people! DON'T USE TNT APPLIANCE REPAIR. Yelp....you need to remove him from your directory. I wish I had know about this service BEFORE I hired him, At least, I could have read the other reviews. I know now.

Holy hell, what a scam artist. Full disclosure - I blame myself. All I had to do was read all the other reviews and not be so trusting, and I never would have hired this liar and con man. Everything the other reviews stay is true. He doesn't show up for appointments, doesn't respond to calls or texts, lies about problems that may or may not exist, and collects money upfront for work he said he did but really didn't, and then refuses to refund it once you figure out he's scamming you. Oh yea - and he doesn't accept credit card, and insists that you pay via Venmo or Cash App (the equivalent of cash), so that once he scams you, you have no way to get your money back. Life is too difficult to have to deal with scumbags like this.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I REPEAT...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Just as the other reviews state... this guy will promise to show up...give you a time... then nothing. I wasted 3 days waiting around on this guy. He won't pick up the phone, may or may not respond to text. The only thing this guy did was show up to collect the warranty company's fee which in my case was $150 for 2 repairs...one for the washer and one for my dryer. He then asked me to PayPal the fee to his fiancee's PERSONAL PayPal account. Not a BUSINESS transaction as is required for businesses. That's on me for not doing as I should regarding payment. This guy took payment and never provided the service. No warranty company or paying public citizen should EVER do business with this SHADY character. He stole from me and won't hesitate to steal from you. Totally unprofessional. I wish there was a -10 rating like a former reviewer stated. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN ANY MONEY. RUN TO A PROFESSIONAL. THIS GUY IS A THIEF!

Horrible is all I can say! He answered a call from my Home Warranty Co. We needed a new garbage disposal. He claimed that it had to be ordered and would take 3 days. Home Warranty says it can be purchased anywhere! First lie. We first spoke on Monday. Never heard from him again until the following Monday. Said he would come Wednesday between 9:30-10:30. We called at 11 when he didn't show. He said that he would see us soon. Never called back or accepted our call until the next morning. Again, be there by 11. Some job turned out to be a bigger job and would come later on. Never showed up and never answered our calls or the Home Warranty calls. We did find out that he put in a new claim for another garbage disposal today. They denied it and reassigned us. Not the way to run a business buddy!

READ THE AWFUL REVIEWS BELOW! This company needs their license stripped away forever & has no business providing any service!!! Blatant liar, dishonest, and a scammer! He didn't show up for 7 appointments, seriously! Probably because he made my Wolf stove gas leak worse and was trying to over charge my warranty company by more than $300!! He's good at texting and NOT working and causing problems. RUN AWAY!!! We're in the process of filing complaints with the BBB, warranty companies, and the city to get his license revoked. You can really see what a loser this guy is by his response below. I have a full month of this guys lie's and scamming in text messages. CHW my warranty company, has confirmed he has been frozen and red flagged, meaning he will NOT be screwing up anymore appliances for them. Funny he says they terminated my contract, just another example of his amateur lies.

I would definitely recommend this company. Tony was fast at the toilet repair and extremely reasonably priced.
