Called early morning today to ask when someone would be available to pump my septic tank. Left the lady that answered my name, number and address. Asked her for the price and when someone would be out to the house and she said someone will be giving me a call. Its about 2130 and still no phone call. Will be calling a different company on Tuesday.

Called in the morning & was told I would get a call when the guy were on their way. 3 hours later, I got the call. They were professional and quick. I would definitely call them again next time I need my tank pumped.

Lawn Damage My lawn was damage , driver did not add the extra hoses that he and only using the short hose, he also fail to warn me that the weight of the truck could cause damage. I then notice a above statement on bill not damage during performing service. I belief that driver was too lazy, and irresponsible when doing the job. I will consider next time taking my business else and warning any others about my experience.

When I tell you this has been a terrible experience dealing with this company!!! Initially I had septic issues less than a year ago, in which the sewage was backing up into my house. I contacted T&N for help. Within a few days, a representative came out and assessed the situation. The representative indicated, the problem was my drain lines and they needed replacing (cost $2500). The representative also stated that this problem won't happen again for years to come. Of course, wanting to get the problem fixed I said ok to putting down new lines. Fast forward to 10 months later, sewage is backed up in my house again. I called T & N, explain the situation on a Friday, by Saturday a different representative came to my house. He evaluated the situation and came to the conclusion that the yard isn't absorbing the sewage fast enough because of the rain (2days). He unclogged the line and had it functional. This analysis didn't make sense to me because over the 10months it had rain worse and even flooded and there was no issue. Therefore, I contacted the main office again to explain that I wasn't satisfied and needed someone to do a proper evaluation. Subsequently, after several phone calls and leaving messages, I was able to get someone to come to my house. Within a few minutes of the original representative from 10months ago digging near the pipe from the house to the tank , he said yeah I see the problem, the pipe has settled and you can see the pipe lifted upward, which holds some of the sewage in the line and would backup eventually. Mine you I've lived here for almost 20yrs and this pipe was never involved in the work they completed. As of this moment, I feel that was the actual problem that existed 10months ago, and I paid $2500 for drainage lines that may have been unnecessary. therefore I contacted the office again and explain the results and to request half of my payment back. Also, I asked that this issue issue be fixed at no charge. Within a few days another representative came out and dug up the pipe, only to find a thick root had been pressing on the pipe for years, which caused the pipe to be lifted upward and holding sewage. The roots were removed and the pipe properly leveled. Afterward, I contacted the secretary about the partial refund and she said she had to contact the owner and she would followed up with me soon. After a week of waiting, I didn't hear anything so I called, spoke with the secretary again. She let me know that she hadn't heard anything. I waited a few more days and went to the office. The secretary advised me that the owner was in town and he would call on this day. By the evening the owner called and interrogated me about my house built date and previous sewage problem. As I responded, he critique my response and on the defense mindset, said that I'm supposed to have the issue and his representative was right and he ain't giving none of my money back. Additionally, the owner indicated that I owe him because of the pipe that was lifted upward was repaired so that's another cost outside of the $2500. I truly feel that this was a case of mistaken evaluation, that could have been acknowledged and fixed by returning some of my money. This owner doesn't pride himself in high moral standards nor great customer service. As time goes on, he will lose more than the $2500, because his business practices are unethical. I would never recommend this business to another. Be aware

Wow, I am so, so grateful! All my sinks and toilets started to stop up on a Saturday, and the guy came out on Sunday in the worst rain I have ever seen (all the drain ditches ran over, my pool overflowed, etc.) He couldn't work because there were several inches of standing water on my lawn, so he actually waited until the rain subsided and did the job. It was pouring and horrible the whole time, on a Sunday! It wasn't cheap - $350, but the alternative was exploding plumbing. And the amount of flooding that the rain caused would have probably guaranteed that for me if he didnt do it when he did and waited until Monday.

Had lived in my house for 4 years and thought it was probably about time to get the septic tank pumped. Called T&N office (803-481-2428) on a Wednesday afternoon and made an appointment for the next available slot (Friday). That's some quick customer service! Al called Friday morning at 8:30 and said he was on his way, confirmed the address and arrived about 30 minutes later. Crew of 2 found the septic tank in the backyard in about 3 minutes, dug very accurately to find access point and began pumping out within minutes! They emptied it and then ensured it was operating correctly with several toilet flushes...no issues detected. Super professional, friendly, fast service. Took a personal check on site... $300. Worth every penny. Look forward to recommending them to anyone with a septic system and giving them my business again when the time comes. Thank you, T&N! Another Sumter gem. Note: They didn't move the truck into the yard without asking for permission first.

T&N is the only company that I'll call to work on my septic system. They are real customer service people. In the summer of 2012, we had them come pump our septic because things were just starting to back up (we had just bought the house the year before and had no idea it was overdue for a pump). They responded quickly, didn't tear up the yard, and were quite courteous. This past week, our toilets weren't working properly and it seemed just like the beginnings of what had happened in 2012. It seemed too soon to need another pump, but my husband called T&N anyway. They told him what to look for and helped him determine that we did not need the tank pumped. We thought we needed to call a plumber, but the guys at T&N helped my husband troubleshoot the problem over the phone. Their advice was simple and helped us fix the problem without spending a dime. Instead of calling out a plumber and watching him spend about 15 minutes fixing our simple problem and then charging who knows how much, T&N gave us good advice that didn't cost a cent. I'm sure we'll have more issues in the future that will require a service call, but we'll always call T&N first. They've always been courteous and had our interests at heart. You can't find that just anywhere.
