Tad has done our work for years both new construction and service work. Every time he comes out he explains the problem and how best to fix it. Tad has plumbed an entire house for me from the ground up and something as small as unclogging a drain at an apartment we own. I would recommend him to anyone because I know he will take care of the work that needs to be done.

Our tankless water heater went out. I called TMS Plumbing and through our communication I was told they could come out and check it. I asked how much, and was told the service was free. No charge. So Tad came out Friday and the heater was shot. Once he took the cover off I could see the water spewing on the inside when we turned the water to hot. The water damaged the copper and materials inside. We needed a new one. He provided the option for 2 kinds of tankless heaters. We chose the bigger one that has a 10 year warranty and a free flush after a year. We didn't know the heaters needed to be flushed every so often. He explained that the build up from the water can do what was done to ours. Tad installed the new water heater and it's working perfectly. Thank you TMS Plumbing! You came out and did exactly what we expected from the service. You shared knowledgeable information for us in order to maintain our new tankless water heater. Tad was very patient, helpful and nice. For all these reason I WOULD recommend TMS Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Best plumbing company I know! I would highly recommend Tad with TMS Plumbing. I was cooking dinner one night and somehow clogged my drain and he arrived quickly to my home and helped me unclog my drain and even cleaned it out for me! On top of it he even cleaned under my cabinet. He has also done some hot water heater repair for me and when the time comes to replace, I will not go to anyone else! He truly cares about your home and leaves it cleaner than when he arrived. Very reasonably priced for how precise and clean he is. I'm also going to contact him for a water softener soon due to having VERY hard water out where I'm located. Thank you Tad for the great service!

Tad, the owner, does what it takes to get the job done, but before he works on the problem he discusses what's wrong and gives you options, if there is any, before he does the work. He also lets you know what the price is so you are not shock what it will entail. I have used him for many years. I won't go to anyone else. Call him, you won't be sorry.
