Hired tyler for a simple install and turned out to be worst than i thought (not his fault). The people living in my unit before hired a plumber that retrofitted and messed up the pipes but tyler made it work and cleaned everything up nicely! Kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and was always respectful

I have used TMO Service's & Plumbing on multiple occasions and have been satisfied with Tyler's work. On many different jobs, he has replaced or repaired leaks in water lines or fixtures, outside hose bibs, a water regulator, kitchen & bathroom fixtures including the valves, shower fixtures, outside PVC lines, toilet flushing systems & snaked clogged drains. He is responsive to calls and texts, and comes quickly (often it's the next day). If there were any problems, he has come back and addressed the problems without additional charge for things connected to the original job i.e, he stands by his work. I feel the prices for his services are reasonable. He will point out any things which may be issues in the future, but does not recommend work that is unnecessary. It is easy to discuss your plumbing problems with him. I trust him, and feel he has been honest in my dealings with him. Bottom line is I would use him again.

I had a broken diverter on my tub spout. I called Tyler and he troubleshooted the problem very quickly. He came out to fix it within a couple of hours. He was very fast, very efficient, a good communicator, and I would definitely use him again. Thank you Tyler for taking care and solving my problem very professionally.

My tenant had an emergency clogged in their sink. Submitted quote request through Yelp and Tyler was the first to respond, so I just go with TMO instead of waiting around. Plus I like to support small local businesses as much as I can! Tyler was responsive and flexible on meeting with my tenant. He's very responsive. He proposed quotes based on the pictures i sent and the price is very reasonable. He also provided the cost for best and worst case scenarios. He kept me posted during the inspection and sent me pictures after he fixed the problems. I highly recommend TMO!

Unfortunately did not have a good experience with Tyler. It was really bizarre. Everything seemed great when I initially spoke to him on the phone, he was super responsive and communicated well. On the day that he was supposed to come to do the job, he no showed. He then later apologized and rescheduled with all the tenants on coming another day. I get things happen so this was not much of an issue for me. On the second time that he scheduled with the tenants, he mentioned to me that he went into the tenants unit to scope out the issue. At this point I was planning to still potentially hire him for the job due to the quote that he gave being the most reasonable out of all the quotes. Then the weirdest thing happened- I heard from the tenants that no plumber showed or contacted them. I was super confused! Tyler claimed to have contacted them, gone into the unit and then called me and gave me a quote. When I mentioned that the tenant didn't hear from him or see him, he mentioned no one was home and he just went in. This was definitely false since the tenants were waiting at home for the plumber to come or contact them and said they never heard from him. He couldn't provide any proof of videos or pictures that he came either. It was an extremely weird situation. Stay far away from this company! Not sure if it's even a company.

He was suppose to fix the clogging and leaking problem. I had just flown in and was tired. When he said everything was fixed I believed him without checking. Also told me 6 months warranty if problem comes back. He said he would come back to fix the issue but never did. Lesson learned.
