Excellent service, a rarity in plumbing these days.
1. When you call TMO, you speak to a technician, NOT a call center where you MAY receive a call back if someone is available (I had water bursting from my shower handle, didn't exactly want to sit around the next 2 days praying for a call back from someone. In fact I got the calls from other places around the time Mark had finished).
2. Free estimate!? Whereas everyone charges $100-300 just to come and take a look (I wish I could get paid to walk into your house too), TMO offered a free estimate, which would be typical for any other type of residential work. Very happy about this too.
3. Spoke with Mark, straight and to the point, gave me an ETA and was at my home on time. Looked at the problem, told me 2 hrs and was done in 2. Explained the problem, explained what he was gonna do and did it. No BS, very polite, courteous and a pleasure to be around.

Price point was very fair, and the work was excellent. Extremely satisfied with the service with TMO (which is very difficult to say about any plumbing service nowadays) and will be using them again for any plumbing/heating issues that come about.

If you don't have time and money to spend on BS with call centers and paying people just to come to your home, I highly recommend calling TMO.

We had Tmo services to come and fix our plumbing under kitchen sink plus put in a new faucet...
there are not enough words on the work Mark did..he is very professional..very neat and clean...he sure knows his job..He didn't want to leave until everything was working good and made sure there were no leaks..my Soap dispenser did not arrive yet...Marc said when it does arrive to give him a call and he will install it...HE IS THE BEST!!!
We will definitely have him again...and we will definitely put his name and phone number out there if anyone needs a good reasonable plumber..

Had an repair need in the middle of the night. Sent out a call for help a few hours later and Mark showed up first thing in the morning. Like a miracle from above he fixed a tricky drain in a tight spot at a reasonable price. He did it well, he was a pleasure to meet, and I couldn't recommend him more!
