Yesterday While replacing my shower head the pipe in the wall had rusted and part was still screwed in the pipe behind the wall thought it would take a week to get someone to come out and fix it they were here at 8 am to day. Two very nice service people showed up said it may take having to cut a whole in the back wall I must have looked really shocked he said he would try to unscrew the piece it took him a half hour and it finally came out so he replaced the shower head. when they first showed up I also asked them if they could replace my little hot shot water heater under my sink while they were here so one worked on that and now I have a working shower and a hot cup of tea they were very polite explained everything also only took 2 hours to complete the whole job and the cost was very reasonable I will use them again and recommend them for very reliable work at a great price.

I called to get a bathtub faucet hooked-up and they expedited service in less than 24 hours.. Professional work at a reasonable price. This was the 4th time I used TMI and I was very satisfied...

Just to start our AC was not originally installed by TMI. Our AC quit working during significant heat in July and we contacted TMI for repair services online. They contacted my wife the next day and setup an appointment for 2-4:30pm window. I had to take off work early to make this time happen and so I waited. Finally was contacted by a representative at 4:35pm to tell me that the technician was behind and that we could reschedule for another day or have someone come out after hours and be charged extra for being outside business hours. Just fantastic customer service. Needless to say we said 'no thanks we'll find someone else.'

At a time where viruses are being passed around they disrespect their clientele by not wearing masks. They push their political agendas on you if they see a bumper sticker of an opposing political party on your car or even worse a candidate sign in your yard. We just needed some plumbing and bathroom work done. It was done shoddy and took longer than we were told. We go with another service now.

TMI is truly an amazing company. I have their VIP plan and get both my AC and furnace serviced with them annually. I've had their plan for most my tenure in quad cities so dating to around May 2020. Yesterday I heard a loud thumb and my AC unit which is from 2006 and it was working inefficiently. I became very scared because new units are definitely an unforecasted cost. Same day TMI came out and within a matter of less than two hours; my technician was Travis. He usually services my home so I was happy to have him; although I think all their technicians are great. He did a through explanation of what the issue was explained it was covered. Additionally he showed me what he was doing and why which really helps add value. My home is now maintaining the 72 desired degrees. TMI is truly amazing and I sincerely thank Travis.

Very prompt and fixed wiring issue that a mouse had chewed thru in 45 minutes. Problem is the expense! We actually called Springmeier who we had used for repairs for years. TMI answered explaining he had retired. It was 69 to come look at it and give estimate. We were used to the amount to look at it and if we said go ahead and fix it was the first hour of repair even if it took 10 minutes. But like I said he fixed it in 45 minutes but it was the 69 plus 115 for first hour. So the 45 minutes of work costs 184 no parts used. He did good work but won't use them again cause of price. My sister was getting work done and was gonna them but found a much more reasonable price at iowa Illinois Appliance repair. Wished I would have shopped around especially at Covid19 time. Lesson learned. God Bless

Last year they installed my new Luxeaire furnace and air conditioner. I am in heaven! I have a log home and my old unit could only get my house to 78 degrees, with the second floor being 10 to 15 degrees hotter. My new unit works beautifully and in one hour (in August) had the house at 70 degrees! Does a great job in the cold weather too!! Kept the work area clean and they made sure they didn't track dirt in while they were hauling the units in and out. Totally recommend this company!

I will never use TMI again. I paid for their insurance plan for about 5years, which was a gimmic. When it came down to use it on my air conditioner, nothing was covered, and they would only give us a 25% discount. We decided to go with another company and bought a new unit. I wasn't upset with the fact that we had to buy a new air conditioner, I was upset with the fact that I felt completely taken advantage of.

Got a new furnace from them, very satisfied! Got what we wanted at a good price and great warranty. They were here on time, installed it and cleaned up everything. Very satisfied!
