Last year they installed my new Luxeaire furnace and air conditioner. I am in heaven! I have a log home and my old unit could only get my house to 78 degrees, with the second floor being 10 to 15 degrees hotter. My new unit works beautifully and in one hour (in August) had the house at 70 degrees! Does a great job in the cold weather too!! Kept the work area clean and they made sure they didn't track dirt in while they were hauling the units in and out. Totally recommend this company!

I will never use TMI again. I paid for their insurance plan for about 5years, which was a gimmic. When it came down to use it on my air conditioner, nothing was covered, and they would only give us a 25% discount. We decided to go with another company and bought a new unit. I wasn't upset with the fact that we had to buy a new air conditioner, I was upset with the fact that I felt completely taken advantage of.

We had been having troubles with pilot light going out on our 6 year old water heater when it finally gave up the ghost on Sun June 3rd. I called TMI Tues June 5th and they came out the next day to diagnose and possibly repair. Control knob was bad. Tech said it was ""obsolete"" and had to order the part. Said it would be a week to get the part and would call to make appt when it came in. Estimate was $490!! Then he tried to sell me one of their water heaters for over $1000. Went with waiting for part. 8 days later, I called to check status of part. The girl who answered the phone said the approx delivery date for the part was Fri Jun 15th. When I inquired what was taking the part so long (1.5 weeks), she got snotty and acted like she could care less and offered no help in expediting anything. It is now Jun 18th and still no call from these people!!! Apparently they could care less about a customer who has been without hot water for 16 days!!! I purchased a 50 gal water heater from Home Depot for $628 and got it installed today for $100.

These people are TERRIBLE!! No status update or explanation as to why they couldn't overnight this part. Per sears parts direct, the part cost is $95 and standard delivery is 7-8 days, so they were price gouging the h&ll out of me! And obsolete my butt...Sears still sells this water heater, which is an AO Smith water heater!!!!!!

I will never call these money mongers again!

They've been trying to fix the dampers at the Moline YMCA for two weeks now & it's still not working right. The weight room is at least 15 degrees warmer than the rest of the facility. Hopefully they send out someone competent soon!

Just want to say thumbs up to the tmi guy that came this morning to fix my dryer !! He was very professional and polite, fixed my dryer it needed a belt, dressed in uniform looked very professional !! I will use tmi only if something goes wrong !!! There insurance program is well worth its money I pay $9 a month that covers washer and dryer if anything goes wrong !!! If I didn't have the insurance would have been $200 so once again thumbs up TMI !!! The insurance has already paid for its self !!! Big thanks

We had a complete furnace and AC removed and a new set installed on 8/7/17. The two installers ( Greg and T.J.) were fantastic. They are one of the best teams I have ever had the privilege to witness performing their work. They were very friendly and professional. They never stopped working except for a quick lunch then right back to work. They maintained a clean work area and their cleanup was great. They are a great example of the type of employees that work for TMI.

We were visiting our mother in the QC when she mentioned that she had an old toilet that ""ran"" all of the time. Called TMI to check it out. They said they would be here at 8 am. They rang the door bell at 8 am. The fellow who arrived was dressed nicely in a clean and pressed uniform, put on booties to walk through the house to the bathroom and inspected the toilet. He explained what was wrong with the toilet and that the toilet needed to be replaced. (The toilet was at least thirty years old). We agreed. He went to the warehouse and returned within the hour with an assistant and all of the parts for the toilet replacement. They laid down cardboard to protect the carpet when walking through the house, removed the old toilet, installed the new one and cleaned up after themselves. Both men were polite and gracious. The entire project was completed in a couple of hours. I would highly recommend TMI for any of your plumbing needs. Couldn't have been a better experience. Thank you, guys.

We have used them for 2 furnace replacements, 2 water heater replacements, sewer line inspection, washer and dryer inspection, stop valve installation, and ac installation. To say we are happy with this company is an understatement. They always give us a heads up call when they are on their way. They are professional when they are here. We recently needed our ac recharged and they came over 2 days later. It works wonderfully now. I recommend them to everyone because of the great work they do!
