My experience with TMG was awful. TMG was called for service because oil burner was not starting. TMG claimed system needed a new primary oil control. They bought the wrong part and left it behind. They charged 380 dollars for a 150 dollar part and did not even replace the control! Service to the boiler was only restored after lines were bled to purge out air, and system is still not running properly. The tech they sent out proceeded to argue with me via text messages and when trying to call headquarters they refuse to identify themselves nor allow you to speak to management. STAY AWAY, company commits fraud! When asked to come back out to verify their work done, they refuse. Find anyone else!

Our basement flooded overnight and we called a few places. The others didn't even respond but TMG not only responded but did it quickly and took care of everything in a very efficient manner!! Brandy, the office person , was pleasant,helpful, and on top of everything!! The men that came to the house were so great to deal with and did an excellent job...they went above and beyond to help us!!! We highly recommend them!!!

We were looking for a deep clean of our house before putting it on the market and we were on a tight timeline. TMG was able to fit us in soon after we had contacted them. They came and did a consult first and then came later that week for the cleaning. They did a very good cleaning of the whole house, including all the appliances inside and out. We were very happy with the end result.
