I had a burst pipe the day before New Year's Eve. No one would come out to fix it. I called TM and Terri came out ( on his day off) and capped the pipe and got my water back on. Reasonable price and a nice guy too.

Very helpful, and considerate. Really takes time to understand different plumbing issues. Very kind and humble. Great attitude. He was available the same day. Other plumbers wanted to charge 3X as much. I've used other plumbers but will stick with Terry. He will be my go-to plumber for upcoming work.
He won't charge for the full time he spends, but I paid him anyway.

Terry arrived same day as I called as he had a break in his schedule. Very personable and professional. Assessed the problem (leak under kitchen sink that required a new faucet and five new valves) but offered some different options, and then fixed it the same day. Charges fair hourly rate. Local professional who grew up in Bellevue and has lived here his whole life. I felt really good about he and his work and will use him again.

Professional and great work! He brought all the parts as we discussed, gave me a detailed & VERY reasonable quote, and finished the work within estimated time (estimated for 2.5 hrs but actually faster than that. Though it is some time over 2 hrs, he only charged me for 2 hrs). I would recommend him to anyone who need a plumbing work.

I used Yelp a lot but never bother to register and leave a review. The three star is unfair to TM Plumbing according to my experience, so I registered and wrote this review. Hope it helps the next person that looks for good plumbers around Bellevue.
