Once again T & M plumbing to the rescue! The family was all sitting around the kitchen table and my daughter says, ""What is that noise?!!""Opened the cupboard door under the sink and water was spraying everywhere! Immediately called T&M. ""Yup, we will be there tomorrow about 4:00 PM.""
Max was early again, of course! Quick and complete! HAPPY!

Tim and Nate are amazing! We had a kitchen sink issue. This duo works efficiently, are prompt, professional and answered all my questions. I had some Grandpa rigged kitchen sink and they corrected the errors and replaced parts that shouldn't have been there to save me a headache down the road. We were so happy we hired them to come and install a new hot water heater! Amazing. They had to correct plumbing issues from a previous plumber. It is refreshing to hire someone who is fair, does amazing work and takes pride in a job well done! Hire them and you won't be sorry!!!

Excellent customer service, they did an outstanding job replacing a toilet and kitchen faucet. They are hard working, friendly and knowledgeable. They also took the time to check out other things. They cleaned up after. I'm very pleased and will definitely call them again!!

Tim and his team came to our park after working a long day at scheduled jobs, they restored water for our residents, he did preventive care, and cleaned up his mess! :-))) They were both very kind and patient while working as well. Frankly, I don't know if his diagnosis and remedy was accurate, but I have no reason to suspect otherwise; what was a disaster is now humming along perfectly. I don't know what went wrong for other reviews, but I just had a big job for them and they pulled it off admirably. Very happy with T&M Plumbing. Chose them as the registered contract to do the plumbing for my major home renovation. They were highly professional and meticulous, sweated all the details and were very conscientious. And their price was significantly better than more well-known company, but the work every bit as expert, and I say that without exaggeration. Tim is very intelligent and knowledgeable. He and his crew installed new sewer lines, and plumbing to new island, upgraded everything to code, plumbed a new bathroom. Installed a tankless water heater, including routing gas, and did a *brilliant* job with the that PVC intake/out take venting that required some creativity and a lot of competence to pull off and they did it perfectly. They also upgraded the sewer lines, vent pipes, and upgraded the feed line from city water from old 1/2"" to 3/4"". They allso installed the plumbing for a new washer/drier stack. It is all neat, clean, and passed inspection the first time. Very happy with the work. Very hard workers.

Tim was subcontracted by our home appliance insurance company. When we had issues with our water heater, I called him. Instead of coming out, he had me take a picture of the water heater and proceeded to text me on-and-off for three weeks. He showed up at my house (without a mask, did not introduce his colleague) claiming that I owed him $350.00, something that should not be the case -- (this is why I pay for the insurance). He indicated that we had already discussed this via text, which was untrue. After scrolling through his texts and discovering we absolutely had not discussed $350, he stormed out of the home. Not only was I worried that I was being scammed, but I was also scared by his demeanor and dishonesty.
