I needed to replace a 50 gallon water heater at my property. The existing water heater was leaking into the garage. I called James the same day and he was able to head over a few hours later. James did a fantastic job of replacing the old water heater with a new one and also hauling away the old water heater. Really happy with James' responsiveness and transparent communication on what needed to be done. I will definitely use Santana Plumbing again for any future issues!

James promptly responded to my request to replace a kitchen faucet. He communicated with me about the day and time, and he showed up as agreed. He needed an additional part to make the faucet I bought connect to my water lines under the sink, so he zipped to Home Depot to get it. He was friendly and professional and installed the new faucet in about an hour. I was extremely pleased with the work James did, and I recommend Santana Plumbing very highly.

I didn't expect him to show up same day but when he found I out i didn't have running water for a few days he kindly stepped up and handed the blockage. I needed a customized water line ran for my refrigerator. They were able to tackle the issue with extreme efficiency. Admittedly, they were a little difficult to schedule, as it's a one-person shop. However, they were cheap and did the job. Would definitely use again.
