Ted Santana is a very solid plumber who was very helpful by replacing a tankless water heater and he also drained out 40 gallon water heater. He drained it for us for no charge.
He also a nice guy and has two adorable dogs that travel with him.

Very happy with Santana Plumbing. Very professional very knowledgeable. Started off with my bathroom being a nightmare from a leak in the tile that lead to the wall rotting. He knocked out a whole tub and shower wall installation in one day. 12 hrs + he goes above and beyond to complete the job. He is very friendly and even taught me a few tips and tricks that would help me in the future. Very affordable as well compared to other businesses. I highly recommend. 20+years experience. Has every tool needed. Very honest guy. Will be using him for all plumbing from now on.

Really impressed by the service performed by James. He responded to my request for a quote right away and was upfront and honest about the flat rate for labor and when I asked his estimate for the price of parts he ended up being spot on.
I asked him to pick up and purchase a kitchen faucet for me at Home Depot and he was able to do so.
Even in the midst of some unplanned chaos day of, he rolled with the punches and even came back to the property late in the evening to complete the work!

He came in to rebuild the valve and trouble shoot the tub filler in the shower because of low water flow and we are very satisfied with the work he did.

He was able to drive down the same day to fix a toilet at our place that had old hardware. This is when other plumbers I contacted were booked for 2-3 weeks. Plumber was nice and we haven't had any issues with the work. Would use him again for future projects and prices are reasonable.

I need someone to repair the bathtub faucet and kitchen sink due to leaking water, it's the day before Christmas Eve, I doubt anyone wants to work this week. James responded to my request right away and gave me his diagnosis and reasonable quote. His did his job very professional and constantly updated me with the job status since it's a rental property. I would recommend James for anyone needs plumbing service! No need to look elsewhere, James is the right guy to hire!
