So I had a small single pedestal sink at the 1F bathroom which I needed to replace with utility sink to take care of my sister battling cancer. Since I didn't feel like talking to all random plumbers, I put a request on Yelp and I got reply from 6 companies but 5 companies reply as ""call us so we can talk about your project"" but 1 company (James @ Santana Plumbing) gave me flat rate quote which I really liked (I did try to put full description of what I needed to do).
I actually called the company who reply to me first but their price was really high and when I told him how much I got quoted from this company, they said ""you should hire that guy"" because they cannot even come close. So I send him text through Yelp & he reply within few minutes & we are able to set up appointment the next day. Next day he call me & gave me ETA and he came on time (he actually arrived 5 minutes before). He look very friendly with nice smile made me feel very comfortable. He installed my utility sink with no issue & also fix my toilet (broken bolt). Overall it was great experience with James and I will definitely use him for any plumbing job in the future.

My home needed a main water shut off valve outside since it's so troublesome to turn off the water main line from the street every time I change a water fixture. I called James and he was very polite and straight forward with his pricing and the best part is his price is very reasonable compare to others. James did an amazing job adding the main water shut off valve outside my home and now it's very convenient for me and my family. His work is great too! I totaly will call James when I have any plumbing issue.
