I needed some plumbing work done so I called and scheduled an appointment with Strongbuilt Plumbing. They set up the appointment for five days later in the afternoon and took all the information that they needed. The morning of the appointment I get a call saying that my address is out of their service location and they canceled the appointment. They stated that they do not service Los Lunas. They wasted five days that I could have found a different company. Meanwhile my hot water is leaking all of the time.
They advertise as servicing Albuquerque and surrounding area. They had my address correct in Los Lunas the day I made the appointment and it's 30 minutes from Albuquerque.
A respectable company would keep the appointment that was supposedly made by mistake and write off the extra driving time to show that they are in the business of doing what it takes to become a top rated company.
Don't count on Strongbuilt Plumbing to do the right thing!
Please, don't advertise as a Veteran owned business, you give us a bad name.
P.S. I looked at their website again and they do list Los Lunas as part of their service area!

I called Strongbuilt for the $29 dollars furnace 39 point inspection, and he just open my furnace door and looked at it and looked at my thermostat but did not touch anything except for opening the furnace door. he said I needed to replace my Gas Value, and did Not test it, starting price at $1200.00 dollars or replacing my furnace starting price @ $6.000.00 dollars, I mention my furnace had blown cold air twice, I reset the breaker it have had no problems.the company charged me $94.93 and not the $29.00 dollars, I feel this company are Crooks just wanting more money. I WARN everyone! BEWARE of this company, I tried calling them and she said she would tell the manager, but they never bother calling me back. Very Dishonest CROOKS!!!!

We contacted strongbuilt on December 12th as our furnace had gone out. They came out told us that they would order a part and they would be back within the week. We paid for the part in advance. Today is December 22nd and we have been without heat in our house
We call and they and they say they will call us back, they don't, we have left messages and they never respond. For a locally owned veteran organization we had hoped that other veterans would be treated better than they have treated us. I highly do not recommend this organization to anyone That is a need of service.

We hired them to install a new HVAC. After the loan went through, the works slowed down! We had to call them many times for them to come back to work on the project. They left a large gap between the house and the HVAC system, and a crack on our ceiling. They said that they will be back to fix those, but they never did. I contacted them more than 4 times, and nothing happens yet. It is now 2+ months since they started the project and we still looking at the crack on the ceiling and the large gap in the back of the house. I even contacted their headquarter in AZ but they did not even bother to call me back. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I scheduled an appointment a couple weeks ago. I went with Strongbuilt because they are veteran owned and as a veteran myself wanted to give them my business. The appointment was scheduled 2 weeks out for today. I took the day off from work as a timeframe was not provided. At 10am I get a call saying due to emergency call ins I was getting my appointment canceled and their next available time slot would be not be available until a week later. This is unacceptable and I completely understand emergencies but a later arrival should have occurred... I will take my business elsewhere as a result.

Absolutely NO follow up after new new install. Very slow or no response to phone calls. I am now concerned my amazing warranty and service agreement is not worth the paper its written on.

My parents air conditioner was blowing warm air and Strongbuilt came out because I was busy at work. My father was quoted 4000.00 to fix the air conditioner ""fan motor"" and was strongly encouraged to replace at 16,000. My parents are older but not stupid, they called me and I went out after work and replaced the condenser fan motor capacitor for about 21.00.

This company is clearly either incompetent, dishonest or both. Either way, I do not recommend this company.

Don't use these guys. We chose them because they are a veteran owned business. It is clear the owner and his staff lack basic customer service. Additionally, they have no integrity and have dishonest business practices. They have deceptive advertising practices and do very little to remedy situations. It took multiple technicians coming to our home, including a supervisor and they still didn't fix the problem. They charged us over $1000 to fix our unit, only to have a third technician tell us we needed a whole a new unit, at a cost of over $8000. DEFINITELY USE ANOTHER COMPANY!

As you can see from the below response, rather than contacting us directly, this person chose to reply to the comment, which speaks to their customer service, or lack there of. We were promised a 10-year warranty for the unit and a complimentary heating service and haven't received a call back regarding these two promises, or any paperwork regarding the warranty. The first technician who came out never ""implored"" is not to fix our unit and in fact indicated that he could complete the repair and when he and his supervisor came out the second time, they again said they could repair the unit. It was never mentioned that the repair was not worth doing. As I said earlier, the last technician was the first and only one who told us we needed a whole new unit.

The bill was paid in full last week, I guess the person who wrote the comment forgot to check with his colleagues before posting his response. Threatening legal action over a bill that has already been paid, again demonstrates the type of customer service you'll receive with this company.

Very pleased with Strongbuilt. Adam showed up on time, was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Adam was extra Covid careful (mask, was careful not to touch things he didn't have to and wore paper booties over his shoes) Awesome. He explained things very clearly and did a great job. Highly recommend. Reasonable prices.
