Very pleased with Strongbuilt. Adam showed up on time, was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Adam was extra Covid careful (mask, was careful not to touch things he didn't have to and wore paper booties over his shoes) Awesome. He explained things very clearly and did a great job. Our hot water heater broke and Chad came out and fixed it immediately. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Chad, Adam, Elijah, and Kenny did an excellent job. We are very happy with the work they did. They also fixed things wrong with the original install and brought it up to code. We will be recommending them to all our friends and family. Had a small job in the closet. The rod and L bar came down. Rich from punch list came out and did a great job on the repair. He also checked an electrical issue I had . Very nice and professional. He had all the tools and was prepared. I will use him again. His prices are competitive I didn't feel like he was taking advantage of the job.

Rich Valdez is reliable, experienced, and knowledgeable. He explains how he will do a repair and gives options so the homeowner has a choice of prices. He arrived on time and worked at a good pace. He charges by the hour, but he works at a good pace and the cost was very reasonable. He cleans up and is the neatest maintenance man I have ever had work for me. He also does commercial maintenance. I could not find a category for this.

I have to say that the thought of having to repipe the entire house was huge.... But after talking with Sal Sr.(owner), he talked me through the entire process. The fact his quote included the drywall (tape and texture) replacement was another big selling point. His crew and himself did an OUTSTANDING job, even after we hit a small snag they persisted AND MADE THE PROCESS EASIER. They were knowledgeable and professional, I would recommend Sal Torturici Plumbing to my friends and family... Thanks for the hard work guys

Go with AGM. Better service and leaves the job looking like a professional installed it. Sal T left the plumbers tape hanging off and stripped screws in the vent pipe. AGM came out and trouble shot the problem in ten minutes. After spending 1200 dollars with Sal and needing to troubleshoot further. Fool me once shame on you. I wont get fooled again.

Terrible! Should have went with our gut that what we were being told wasn't what the issue really was. I would not recommend this company at all. We paid for the services we received and went with another plumber as we couldn't afford for all the supposed fixes this company suggesting. Other plumber came out and fixed the issue in 10 minutes.

Called Sal on January 3, 2019 in the morning. He said he would be here in the early afternoon and he was. Found the problem, replaced the parts, tested and repaired everything in one hour at a very reasonable cost. Our first encounter with Sal was in 1996. We will definitely use Sal Tortorici Plumbing & Heating again.
