Levi is the dude! I have cool air now and that has made me feel better. He came back and worked until he got it right. I can now focus on my next goal which is to clean up my house and get 3 roommates. Because I live near the base I would like the roommates to be former homeless women vets and we have a great community here that supports that.

We recently moved into our home and needed some updates/upgrades to the plumbing. When I called to ask about replacing our well pressure tank, I was greeted and informed of the ability to do such a task. I was also looking to install an efficient and effective water softener, to which they said they could do that as well. The company is also supportive of veterans. More on that later.

The install was the next day. The two person crew removed the old pressure tank, installed the new one and installed a water softener. The whole process was done very tidy and smoothly. The guys were sociable while they worked. They did wear face masks while around my family.

Upon completion, they provided a military thank you discount for the pressure tank. As for the water softener, they provided me with a significant discount savings due to a special they were doing.

Highly recommend this company as they do great work and good pricing.

First time using them for an emergency tonight (Saturday night), answering service was nice, got a call back right away. Brandon came out as soon as he could... the problem was more difficult than we thought so we called it quits, but he offered so many advice and different things they could do, and what the cheapest route would be and also what we could do. We appreciate his honesty and hard work trying to fix the issue. We were left with a business card and I can honestly say one thing that came out of this headache is that at least we found a good reliable plumber for future issue.

My mother hired this company to turn on her swamp cooler. The repair person told my mother that her swamp cooler had rust and would need to be replaced. They then said that the water line going from the water heater to the cooler was routed incorrectly and also had a kink, which would require replacement as well. They quoted $3000 to get things operating. Taking advantage of my 74 year old mother is simply disrespectful Then when the repair person was told we wouldn't want any of that done, that we simply wanted the cooler turned on and wouldn't require their services, they left things in an unprofessional manner. They unloaded the water line from the water heater and never hooked it back up, simply leaving my mother without any idea what could've been a big problem. $3000? Are you kidding? I went to Lowe's, bought new media, a new pump, float, belt, water line, and hosing for about $230. Don't call this company. They tried to tell me that I required a new AC unit in my house as well and it would be $10000. Fixed myself for less than $100. I learned my lesson then, but didn't realize my mom had called this ""money first, customer last"" company.

TLC is very attentive and followed up with us when a miscommunication resulted in the wrong service being done. They are incredibly thorough and will always hear out the customer to make things right. They replaced our furnace a couple of years ago and are second to none when it comes to premium HVAC service.

Close enough to start a war, All that I have is on the floor, God only knows what we're fighting for, All that I say, you always say more...TLC saved us from their competitors...following through in a timely manner to give us a quote, to switch our Swamp Cooler out for A/C. TLC's quote was a bigger better model (3.5 Ton) for our one story...it was 1 Grand/K/G Note/Rack/Grover less...We immediately approved it...The next day like clock work they switched us out. It was an all day job...we could feel the cool diff. right away. Next time I'll be braver, I'll be my own savior, Standing on my own two feet, Thanks to TLC.

They were great. The woman scheduling really worked with me on times available. The young man that fixed our plumbing issue was very professional. In addition to doing a great job, he spoke very highly of his employer. This was great to hear.

Called at 8AM and the left me hanging with a water leak until 9PM. Scumbags. Didn't even offer to help fix the leak. Just got the ""it's too late to buy what we need."" Then I got a phone call telling me that they didn't feel like helping me. Went a week without water because of these scumbags and lazy plumbers. Go with Wrightflow Plumbing, they actually get things fixed.

I usually have no issues with them. This time, I got an email confirming my phone call to have plumbers come on a certain date. They did not show up, so I called the office. They said it was for the following Monday, even though I had an email confirming today. Really not convenient when you've moved everything around not only in the house but in your schedule to accommodate them when it's their mistake.

Make sure you get other quotes because they are the most expensive plumbing company in all of Albuquerque. I had them price out a job and they quoted me $6300!!! I got other quotes and for the same service I got it done for $635. 10x!! These guys are expensive and a total scam. they may be good but way over priced and all about money. Waaaay over priced. Beware
